BaT is such a small part of the overall market that I wouldn’t call this anything other than the “gt3 BaT market”. I’d love to see you incorporate the market as a whole in your data. Keep em coming. Thank you.

Bring your GT3 is what it should be called hahaha only place those cars sell

The problem is BaT is the only place I can find the final sale price. And while it may not be a good representation of actual market price, I think the trend is very relevant and that’s what I care most about.

Canadian here. Interesting to hear your observation about more and more Canadian cars...Spring time is typically our "sports car" selling season....but if you think about the current interest rate hikes, and our 5-year mortgage terms (we don't lock into a 30-year rate), this might explain why owners need to sell. Cost of servicing debt has greatly increasing for many people. They are up for mortgage renewals in 2024/2025. Plus "condo investors" who are severely leveraged using HELOCs and previously "Free money".

Funny you say that, I see a bunch of Canadian cars on the market these days and that would explain it. There’s actually a 458 that ends tomorrow and I’m really considering bidding on it.

@@AverageCarGuy 458 is a great car, it's definitely my choice if I bought a Ferrari

MR does not come cheap. I think 75k. I don’t think that the seller got they back. If anything, I think he lost on that upgrade.
As you said, manual Tourings with PTS get the most interest. “Special wishes” don’t seem to get the money back. Manufaktur interiors seem to get interest- not the blue though.
    Nice video!

You’re right about that. I think you can get the MR for $58k from Sun coast. That’s a lot of money obviously and you may not get it back.

You also have to remember that the new GT3 is coming. That should drop dot1 values.

It should, but all the leaked info seems to suggest this .2 is not going to be as great as .2s normally are. 🤷‍♂️

      2026 will be for GT3s not 2025

Will be interesting to see how the .2 impacts the prices of the .1.
Historically, all .1s GT cars are cheaper than the .2s

Are you including the BaT $7500 buyers fee?

    • @AverageCarGuy
      @AverageCarGuy  Před 5 měsíci +2

No, I'm not, but it's a good idea to mention it. Because technically the price is $7500 higher.

Would love to see a GT3 RS price update. Good video.

if prices are trending up at all it's only because of warmer weather
