Voice base doesn't come easily
It is not every body s Spoon to feed
Unless one is blessed .. somebody s .. vocals are able
Gain Energy levels altogether to .. eas up the process..
Other wise .. the neck.. mind heart lungs don't cope up with and gets stif ..
