Bent Neck Lady is a representation of Nell's creeping depression. That's why when Life is good with Arthur, she "goes away". She see's her when she see's her brother relapses after she buys him drugs, she sees it at one of the worst moments in her life when Arthur has an aneurysm. She sees it at the motel after none of her siblings picked up her calls. When her mother left her in the middle of the night after she needed her. This show loves to represent grief, mental health, and trauma as the real ghosts and Nell's is so well done to show how su*c*de can feel like a looming inevitability for someone with this horrible disease.
I understand what you are saying but you’re trying to put real life applications into a horror series about ghosts. Sometimes horror is just horror. It is written very well.
@@eddietucker7005one of the major themes in the show is that "a ghost can be a lot of things" as Steven puts it. What makes this show so great is that it purposefully ties in real human elements & emotions into a story about ghosts - it shows that people are "haunted" by very secular things such as grief, anger, sadness, addiction, depression, etc, as well as the paranormal. In this universe, the ghosts are very much real but they also serve as a metaphor for all those things the family goes through. That's the whole point of the story
arthur really died of aneurysm guys, the bent-neck lady comeback in that moment is just to show how his influence in her life helped her avoid the ghosts of her past, but from the moment hes gone, she comes back.
-time isn’t linear on this show; so it’s a repeating cycle that nell sees when she foresees her own death. the house preyed upon her the most because she was the most vulnerable. this whole family was tormented as soon as they stepped foot in that house. - it’s sad to see that after arthur’s death none of the siblings were there for her afterwards. theo literally mentioned her not being well, but none of them really checked up on her. she shouldn’t have been in that house by herself regardless if they’ve been speaking to each other or not.
I mean, theo tried to talk to her and help her but after nell violated her biggest boundary I honestly can’t blame her for feeling like she needed space. nell never tried to call her, only steve and shirley which is likely because of their fight.
So, this was Victoria’s first MAJOR acting role….EVER. There are so many reasons that you will understand after the end of the series why she is a true, true icon.
Blake trying to crack his neck about 32 minutes in during THIS ep had me on edge man. Also for Blake’s question near the end, horror is a way to explore these feelings from a safe distance and this series is expertly done.
Oh this episode absolutely wrecks me every time 😭 The idea that Nell was haunted her entire life by her death was so tragic. Credit to Victoria Pedretti, because you truly feel how broken that character becomes this episode.
In the episode 1 when Steve hanging out with Luke in the tree house, Steve looked at one of Luke's drawing of someone (a girl) wearing pink dress with her mouth opened (like screaming), and said "Luke, where do you get these ideas for these drawings?". And Luke replied with "I don't know" gesture. It turns out Luke may have been looking into the future. That drawing is actually adult Nell. It's a twin thing.

You know a show is good, when a single scene has you volleying back and forth between covering your face out of fear and crying over Nell dancing with her dead husband. I mean, that’s why I keep watching 🤷🏻♀️
I’m surprised no one said this yet but Nell’s therapist is played by the actor from the 1960s movie of Haunting of Hill House. If you like classic films, it’s worth a watch. He’s also an actor on Twin Peaks. His cameo is a nice easter egg for fans of the 60s movie. ☺️

He ABSOLUTELY does!!! As he should! Hehe I mean the original Saw movie manages to get maybe 1 toe anywhere close to actual substance (maybe!) They can be gory(-ish) and a tiny bit of good acting & good writing but I think I'm too generous giving it that much praise.
One of the best twist endings ever! The next episode is an absolute technical masterpiece. Corey missed the ghost lurking under the piano in the scene where the mom was fussing at Nellie for writing on the wall.
I find Blake’s reaction so interesting. I’ve watched a ton of reactions to this show and even the most scared/traumatized people are able to empathize with the characters. So it’s interesting to see him be so cold 😂😂😂
This far we just know Abigail as Abigail, her last name has never been mentioned. As for the therapist, he did his job with a logical mind in a world that exists in ours. There are those that believes in ghost & those that dont & a "normal" therapist would probably say similar. :)
The cinematography is mind-blowing and the acting is top-notch. Mike Flanagan is a world class story teller and I try to get everyone I know to watch this, preferably with me.
My answer for why I like this is plain and simple, I like content that makes me cry. Bonus points if it’s horror that makes me cry. All of Mike’s works have made me cry at one point for one reason or another, and usually it’s been enough to get me to full on sob. It’s a coping mechanism I use to help regulate my feelings and cry in a controlled environment with controlled triggers.
3:23 lol I don't know if it's right to blame the parents here, they are just trying to comfort their daughter and list logical explanations so that their daughter can be at peace instead of terrified (they have never seen any ghosts, and I believe that any parent who receives their daughter crying in the middle of the night would think she just had a nightmare) what did you want them to say to their, what, 5 year old daughter? "yes, daughter, you really are being haunted by a ghost, and I'm telling you this even though I have never believed in the existence of ghosts, so you should be afraid for your life, because the evil ghost definitely wants to get you, In fact, if I were you, I would never sleep again, because I would be afraid of ghosts appearing. That said, since you now know that there are ghosts, from now on you must spend your whole life in fear and worrying about them haunt you"
The next episode is the entire reason I started watching the series. I randomly caught a behind the scenes video about its making in particular and I knew I had to see it in context. I swear it should have won all the awards.
The lore behind Hill has some linear time effects on the family since they're sensitive, I think the house feeds on the fear and mental health. Imagine being haunted by your own death your whole life! I'm so invested in the following episodes!
That reveal of the Bent-neck Lady was perfection. FUN FACTS: The Haunting of Hill House is based on a novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson, and the eldest sister was named after her. Mike Flanagan did a fantastic job of reimagining the narrative. In the book, Dr. John Montague hosts a group of strangers to stay in the haunted mansion, and Luke is the heir of the place. Flanagan made these strangers family and injected them with loss, fear, and love. All the main characters in the book are here, with Nell, Theo, Luke, Dr. Montague in a lesser role than in the book, and the Dudleys. The additions are the parents, Steven, Shirley, and Nell’s husband.
This is one of my favorite series, ever. I've rewatched it many time and I love it because not only does it tackle the horror elements perfectly, but the overall story is so beautiful to me, about family, love and loss. This reveal is by far one of the most bone-chilling moments of the show.
i’m also a baby about horror but i’m very fond of this show, enough to rewatch it several times over, because i think that exploring the characters’ personal and familial journeys in a supernatural context was extremely well done. it definitely sticks the landing, even if blake ends up not liking the show i hope he appreciates what it’s about in the end.
To why someone might enjoy this show, these heavy feelings/moments are normal days for some of us. It's gratifying to experience them through great writing, acting, and a creative lens that is there to tell a story start to finish.
I can't watch this episode without crying, poor sweet Nellie just wanted her family to be together and happy. Blake, you guys are watching the Saw movies which are absolutely disgusting, Hill House is so good on so many levels. Not really scary, but very emotional.
oh wow. Never made that connection. She needed to be on drugs to survive, but him being on drugs was killing him. Almost like they were doomed from the start, or it was in their fate to end up the way they do.
Sure, it makes it harder for him to get clean but to say that he's an addict because she has to take meds is just silly. Itd be like saying she has to take meds because he's an addict and sees shit thats not there making her think shes hallucinating.
Well for me, I like this show because it's the probably the most realistic towards a grieving family, each member deals with tragedy in their own way, and some may not be healthy but people are imperfect. And my favorite episode is next, is so top tier.
This is such an engrossing tale full of drama, horror, mystery and emotion. Why wouldn’t you love it? The performances are incredible. The atmosphere and the production design is immaculate. And, the directing is some of the best I’ve ever seen. This story along with the companion series The Haunting of Bly Manor are some of the best in this genre. It’s also so well written and multi layered it’s quite brilliant. The next episode pay attention to the direction. You won’t be sorry.
The whole series is a masterpiece. I wish I could go back in time and watch it for the first time again. The storytelling, the characters, the emotions, the drama, the terror - all perfectly wrapped up in a genius script and twists and turns. It’s beautiful.
34:03 The mirror you noticed is the Lasser Glass from the movie Oculus, one of Mike Flanagan's other works. The mirror appears in pretty much every single thing Flanagan has made. He even used the lower part of the frame for the bed frame where Carla Gugino's character (she plays the mom in Hill House) is tied to in Gerald's Game.
This was my favorite show for years! It's great because the characters are developed and deep, the plot is intricate, and the direction is masterful. And yes, the horror is top-notch. It's so well done, including the ghosts hidden in the background of many shots. It's just so well crafted and designed. It also examines trauma as ghosts and how trauma impacts and wears people down differently. That's why I love this show.
Every character was haunted by something. I like to think that Nellie was haunted by her own death. So, as a kid, she give the name of her fear of Bent-Neck Lady - sorry for the english. Brazilian here. Awesome channel!
I've watched this episode about a dozen times now and I never made the connection until now that, yes, they shared the withdrawal symptoms, but also that Nellie stopped taking her meds at the same time that Luke went into rehab and actually stayed clean. It's a Twin Thing indeed, ugh.
That therapist was actually doing the right thing. This is a show with ghosts and poltergeists, but in real life the way you cure (or at least manage) people's fears like that is by confronting them. The only mistake there was that he advised HER to do it instead of making sure she is supervised by either him or someone else as she goes to the house. Then she'd have to slowly go into that house, as much as she can handle at a time, so that she can confront that fear slowly break free from it. Just wanted to mention this so the therapist doesn't seem like a "bad guy" in the show.
Right. Same when they said Liv and Hugh were shitty parents for sleeping with their child until she fell asleep, after she said she saw something that's impossible in the real world. Horror movies set in reality rarely work, if it's a reality where ghosts and demons are perfectly normal and everyone in the world know it. It's implied that no such things exist and now these characters from "our reality" is suddenly thrust into a reality where it IS real. Should parents in their situation panic and have told their small child "Oh no. A real monster was in your room. It could kill you! Run as quick as you can if anything like that happens again to save yourself and come find us". Like, what?
Nell’s plot twist being the bent-neck lady herself was the best and most devastating plot twist ever, I love love love this show and cry every time nell and Arthur dance in the hill house 💔
Lol! Not Blake covering his eyes, and then asking what happened after! I’ve never understood why people sit down to watch horror then cover their eyes whenever something scary happens! lmao! Like why even watch it if you’re not actually gonna watch it?
so in the old days, nicknames were usually a rhyme version of your shortened name. so eleanor --> el ---> nell gilmore girls is another popular one that confuses people. lorelei- lori - rory
really hope you guys go onto Midnight Mass and Bly Manor after this, all three are different, all three are great. love your reactions, these and the Saw movies got me to subscribe!
A line that has always stuck with me from Stephen King's novel "It" was that a haunt can also be defined as a feeding place for animals, and all the people in her illusion at the climax of the episode looked absolutely predatory, smiling at her with hungry eyes.
38:26 Show is good 🤷🏽♀️ Great writing, great acting, great revision on a classic book, great cinematography. I don’t know what to say. It’s a great show. Sorry.
To answer Blake's question, I LOVE this show because it has everything I like, a mind bending well written story, great plot twists, great characters, amazing cinematography, and more than anything, the fact that it just made me feel sooooo much. Maybe it's because it's a family drama, but i found myself relating to the chatacters on more than one occasion. For me nothing tops Hill house, not even Bly Manor even though that one made me cry as well lol
I loved this show for the horror- paranormal and the horror of our reality as humans. Loss, grief, anger, addiction- all things in our real world right now that could affect any one of us. The story telling- the ghosts are just the cherry on top. The blurred lines between paranormal and mental illness… its like a beautiful intertwined dance
I loved this show because going into it you think it's just some ghost story, but the stories of each of the kids is heartbreaking and gut wrenching at times. I also like how we're getting the story of each kid as we get flashbacks of their childhoods as well as where they are as adults now and how their time at Hill house drastically changed their lives rather they want to admit it or not.
So, I'll admit this is my favorite show. Just to gush a little: One of the things I learned in my Gothic Literature class was the difference between Horror and Terror. Horror is often visceral, gory, visually frightening. Terror is dread, that chill in your spine, when you know something is wrong but you don't know what. We have a ton of horror out there, but I would argue we don't often get really good terror. This show delivers the terror in spades, while also giving us a fascinating and heartbreaking family drama at the heart of it. The fluid shift through the past and the present is also done exceptionally well. That's my position, at least. Also, to echo many others: Gear up for Episode 6. It's my favorite episode from the series. As far as I'm concerned, it's a masterclass in cinematography AND acting.
This show is a great meditation on the seven stages of grief and it's just damn good writing, acting and directing. That's why I think this show is great.
I feel like it should have been an easy guess - first episode was focused on Stephen (oldest child), then number 2 on Shirley (second oldest), number 3 Theo, number 4 Luke (twin with Nellie, but born first), and number 5, naturally, Nellie.
Always so excited for these. And I have to say, as someone who struggles with depression and the thoughts of end gaming yourself, this and Luke’s episodes are excellent representations of how inevitable it feels, like it’s always haunting you and will always come to be. Especially when trying to explain it to someone who doesn’t have that same affliction.
Fun fact, this scene with the therapist is actually very well regarded among therapists who have seen the show. If you take away the supernatural, this _is_ how you make people acknowledge that they can actually overcome their trauma. This actually works. Unfortunately, when it comes to supernatural issues, there aren't many people who can give you proper advice, unless you're looking at John Constantine or the guys from Supernatural. I mean, if one of you guys said you saw a ghost in your building, chances are you're not going to take the right steps to be able to get rid of it. In fact, you may gaslight each other in a similar way Steve does. Which in turn will make you experience how a horror story feels in real life ;)
Arthur had an aneurysm BECAUSE of the bent neck lady, when Nell dies you can clearly see her traveling back to all the moments she appeared in Nell's life, and the night Arthur died she appeared twice, once when he was on the floor and once when nell was screaming, so yes she did unintentionally kill him. Some people say that the bent neck lady was trying to help Nell through her depression, or that she was a representation of her depression, but I don't think that's the case. I think she was the primary cause of it, and I think her appearances throughout Nell's life were never planned by her and were just kind of random, which makes the whole thing that much more terrifying in my opinion
The first time I saw this I was most scared of the bent neck lady. Every other watch leaves me heartbroken from episode 1 knowing whats coming from this episode. Such a great show and excited for you to continue as all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place so you can see the big picture.❤
38:13 - Yes, I actually can. When I was watching this show the first time- I was pissed at this point. It thought it was terrifying for no reason…. Episodes 6,7,9 and 10 change that. EVERY SINGLE THEROY that you guys are presenting are the same theories I WAS holding onto. The reality will play out on the screen. The story and how it unfolds, made this one of my favorite television shows of all time.
It's literally early as hellll in the morning right now but I'm already too hyped to watch this reaction because this episode is truly one of the best episodes of television I've ever seen.
To Blake, I grew up watching horror movies from my earliest childhood with my dad. It's in my blood! This show has great direction, scares and an amazing story.
Blake, it’s the reveal, young Nell saw her future, she didn’t know what she would look like. All the girls have a power. The only one that knew was Theo, because the mom took her. The house, isn’t just a house.
Guys, I really hope you do “The Fall of the House of Usher” next!! Top that off with “Gerald’s Game”. You won’t be disappointed and we’d LOVE to see your reaction to a better series!!!!
I like to think of it this way. It's less about the person being haunted by themselves their whole lives and more like, well, you know how a person's life is supposed to flash before their eyes when they die? This is that, but all you can remember are the horribly tragic moments that made you feel hopeless, vulnerable, alone, and are what eventually became the moments that led to this tragic conclusion. Also, the one thing I love about this show is that the ghosts are definitely both real and figurative. It's like Steve says in the beginning, a ghost can be a lot of things. This show explores more than just physical ghosts but ghosts of the past, of brokenness, mental health, addiction, getting too close to people and the fear of opening up, relationships, anything that can haunt a person in life really and it's SO SMART. Last thing, idk if this will provide any answers for Blake or not, but I once read a really good paper on why people enjoy the horror genre, and it found that the majority of people fall into 3 categories. You have the people who love to FEEL scared. They are seeking the adrenaline thrill with none of the physical risks. #2 they like the gore factor or the shock factor. They want to experience something that is not normally seen in life and probably shouldn't be seen. #3 and this is me personally, some people view terrifying media, or on a broader spectrum the unknown in general, as more of a puzzle to be solved. They enjoy it in a more analytical sense. This would include trying to figure out who the killer is by the end of the movie, trying to predict the plot, or they're more invested in the story than the actual scary parts because there's an understanding that this was at least created with specific intention just like any other film and people want to get to the bottom of the why. Anyway, this show definitely falls into the #3 category I think because while there are several jump scares and a lot of tension, there's really not a lot of heavy action, shock factor, and it honestly runs more like a gothic drama than straight horror as it focuses heavily on character dynamics and metaphor. Hope this helps?
I like this show because this episode, and many of the ideas in the rest of the series, are true horror. It shows the horror in real life through fantasy, as many of the best stories (and some would argue all) do. Nell has depression, and if you understand that, you understand the bent neck lady.
Unfortunately, Nell didn't know that she had another gift besides the twin thing, and that was to see death. She saw her death all the time, almost her whole life, and thought it was a ghost and the house. I think at this point at the latest it should be clear that not everything that appears is a ghost or the house. Nell wanted her mom at her wedding and she appeared. That was a wish, an imagination. Other phenomena are simply coping mechanisms that have arisen because the children don't really know what exactly happened at that time. The mind plays tricks on you in grief and stress. As a viewer, the target is to find out what is what. It's actually like Steve said in episode 1 in the introduction speech. And in general, Steve always speaks the truth, which is what everyone else in this show does, just from different perspectives and beliefs. Everyone is right. It's just a shame that one perspective doesn't get along with the other, which has led to the family being destroyed. The family failed to talk about what they had experienced together shortly after the death of their mother. In this way, shared experiences have developed in different directions and have become so hardened that the siblings no longer get along with each other and their dad. And that's what basecap boy wanted to know. We like the show because it's demanding. Thinking along is not for everyone. Others surrender to their unfounded fear even after 5 episodes now. 5 episodes in which it should be clear by now that this is much more of a psychological family drama than a haunted story. You can learn so much about people's psyche in this show. You just have to stop being a pus**y. Because this show is actually just infinitely tragic and sad, brilliantly written and a lesson in psychology.
43:00 Consider the trauma all the kids experienced in that house. Younger children do not have the skills to cope as well as older children, so traumatic events will hurt them more. Older children have some idea how to disassociate, while younger kids are the most vulnerable. That's probably why the twins are much worse off than their older siblings. Addiction is a trauma response, and depression (Nell) is also common in kids with PTSD (as they reach adulthood).
I've watched this show three or four times now and the hanging scene still gives me chills every time. Personally the reason I really like this show is just the impeccable writing and really likable characters. It makes for the kind of horror that sticks with you for hours or days after you watch it and keeps you thinking about it.
This episode gets me every time ... loved the reaction. One of the most tragic fates/deaths of a character i've seen in a show/movie. So dark. I was thinking too much about this after watching it for the first time :D I was reacting pretty much like Igli after that :D Pure shock. Loved that. And I was just sad. Felt that pretty much.

Wow I've binged this show several times and never put that together!!🫢😳 Thanks for pointing that out!😢❤
this show wreaked havoc on my emotional state. got whiplash from how often it pulls between frightening to heartbreakingly sad.
Nell's husband never set foot in the house, so he really did just die from an aneurysm. They suck.
This is like my worst fear

great catch! I love how this show is more of a "remix" of the original novel as well as the 63' film adaptation than a straight remake
He is also from "West Side Story" and "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" both movie musicals. He was a gymnast too, he was a good singer and dancer.

That said, since you now know that there are ghosts, from now on you must spend your whole life in fear and worrying about them haunt you"
Exactly!! Was a little irritated at their logic 😂😂😂
The next episode is the entire reason I started watching the series. I randomly caught a behind the scenes video about its making in particular and I knew I had to see it in context. I swear it should have won all the awards.
that video about the making of episode 6 on netflix’s youtube channel is how i found out about this and started watching it!
bro in pink it’s truly not that serious LMFAOOOOO.
The lore behind Hill has some linear time effects on the family since they're sensitive, I think the house feeds on the fear and mental health. Imagine being haunted by your own death your whole life!
I'm so invested in the following episodes!
That reveal of the Bent-neck Lady was perfection.
FUN FACTS:
The Haunting of Hill House is based on a novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson, and the eldest sister was named after her.
And here, Dr John Montague is the name of the bad therapist and is played by the same actor who played Luke in the 1963 original The Haunting.
When you finish this show you have to react to the fall of the house of usher it's amazing!!
Russ Tamblyn, who played Nell’s therapist, played Luke in the original movie adaption of the Haunting of Hill House, called The Haunting.
To why someone might enjoy this show, these heavy feelings/moments are normal days for some of us. It's gratifying to experience them through great writing, acting, and a creative lens that is there to tell a story start to finish.
This show is SOOOOOO GOOD, every episode is good, but Episode 6 is a masterpiece.
I can't watch this episode without crying, poor sweet Nellie just wanted her family to be together and happy. Blake, you guys are watching the Saw movies which are absolutely disgusting, Hill House is so good on so many levels. Not really scary, but very emotional.
Watching the house lie to Nell and give her everything she wanted breaks my heart every single time.
16:27 Because of the twin thing, Luke is an addict due to Nell being on meds
@@pamelawilliams3144 Mike Flanagan literally said that’s the reason, I’m just a messenger
I’m SO excited for EPISODE SIX- it will finally, finally bring the story forward. It is also one of the best shot episodes of television in general.
Dude, to truly appreciate the sunshine you must endure the rain.
There will be tears 🤗
Every character was haunted by something. I like to think that Nellie was haunted by her own death. So, as a kid, she give the name of her fear of Bent-Neck Lady - sorry for the english. Brazilian here. Awesome channel!
To Blake, one of the bigger reasons we love this show is seeing people react to it and shit out their balls LMFAOOOO! Thank you for the service.
My thoughts exactly!!
so in the old days, nicknames were usually a rhyme version of your shortened name. so eleanor --> el ---> nell
gilmore girls is another popular one that confuses people. lorelei- lori - rory
really hope you guys go onto Midnight Mass and Bly Manor after this, all three are different, all three are great. love your reactions, these and the Saw movies got me to subscribe!
"That's a boob" well spotted, Blake 😂😂
I loved Blake's outburst at the end lmao, such a crazy episode
I loved this show for the horror- paranormal and the horror of our reality as humans. Loss, grief, anger, addiction- all things in our real world right now that could affect any one of us. The story telling- the ghosts are just the cherry on top. The blurred lines between paranormal and mental illness… its like a beautiful intertwined dance
this was the episode that got me hooked on the whole show
I loved this show because going into it you think it's just some ghost story, but the stories of each of the kids is heartbreaking and gut wrenching at times. I also like how we're getting the story of each kid as we get flashbacks of their childhoods as well as where they are as adults now and how their time at Hill house drastically changed their lives rather they want to admit it or not.
So, I'll admit this is my favorite show. Just to gush a little:
One of the things I learned in my Gothic Literature class was the difference between Horror and Terror.
"You can't have a bad time in a fort!" 😅 The Sixth Sense
Corey is really spotting small details in the background. I've seen the show 3 times and I've never noticed the chandelier chilling in the corner.
This is my favourite episode of the series it blew my mind that nell was the bent neck lady the whole time ❤
Fun fact, this scene with the therapist is actually very well regarded among therapists who have seen the show.
Which in turn will make you experience how a horror story feels in real life ;)
In the therapist and parents defense, they do not know they are in a horror tv show😅
Arthur had an aneurysm BECAUSE of the bent neck lady, when Nell dies you can clearly see her traveling back to all the moments she appeared in Nell's life, and the night Arthur died she appeared twice, once when he was on the floor and once when nell was screaming, so yes she did unintentionally kill him.
This is the best reaction to the bent neck lady reveal I've seen!
Nell: Mom?
Olivia: It's OK, honey.
Nell: Mommy...
Olivia: It's time to wake up, sweetheart.
**Heartbreaking**
We need Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, and Fall of the House of Usher after this.
It's literally early as hellll in the morning right now but I'm already too hyped to watch this reaction because this episode is truly one of the best episodes of television I've ever seen.
Can't believe this is Victoria (Nell) first role! Shes absolutely killing it love her. ❤ And episode 6 also a great episode!
Heaven forbid people appreciate a well acted, well written, amazing show, lmao. Yeah, it's grim, but it's also so good!
I sent to Blake -Corey
Because it’s a powerful story you can’t appreciate until it’s revealed in whole
Just wait until the next episode.... It might just emotionally wreck you. "Nobody could see me..." 😢 😭 I choke up every time I hear that line now...
It's the ending, when you get there you'll understand. It's a great story that explains things that are sometimes hard to put into words.
OMG the begining felt like Blake was staring into my soul LOL
oh buckle up blake we just got the introduction to the siblings! it's time to go full speed ahead to devastation 😂😭
I like this show because this episode, and many of the ideas in the rest of the series, are true horror. It shows the horror in real life through fantasy, as many of the best stories (and some would argue all) do. Nell has depression, and if you understand that, you understand the bent neck lady.
Why did homie ruin the fact that Nell was the bent neck lady before the rest of the guys could figure that out for themselves? SMFH
They asked who was all the people in the background. Those were all the ghosts of the hill house.
PS. Blake at the end was awesome with his raitt.
We love this for the same reason people like spicy food and rollercoasters and arctic plunges and car racing
This one had me mentally jacked and bawling by the end. 😢❤
Daddy Blake looks so good today
I love the genius of the writing. But they are right . I love to feel. And this hits the feels hard.
