Ah! So, If SSNIT wants to dispose of its shares to a minority shareholder in a company, what is wrong with it? I thought the SEC is there to superintend over corporate governance issues. Meanwhile, Check the abysmal performance of SSNIT hotels over the years. it has been a disaster and a loss of pension funds.
