It became an event again, which is what it should be. I remember back then, small movies like Ant-Mant became events because of the build up, the wait after the last movie. They should space these properly so we can be hyped up but not frustrated because of the wait.

You’re like 5 years late asking that question lol it’s Alan Chapek. he was the ceo after Bob iger who knew how to handle the mcu properties (Phase 1 to 3) by having Kevin Feige being the head of marvel. After Iger left the MCU turned to shit because Chapek gave less power to Feige and wanted to pump out more movies and tv shows a year which in turn made the product worse because he cared about quantity over quality. Now Chapek got fired and Bob iger is back to being CEO of disney it’s back to being more about quality over quantity. That’s basically the summary. You say its doghsit despite no way home, guardians 3, and This movie being bangers. Be fair, the mcu may not be as consistently good as it was during their prime, but still leagues ahead of the Dcu.
