I had an ex girlfriend who loved this song to bits and I learned to play it. when she was feeling down this song this would cheer her but now that we are not a couple playing this beautiful song brings me joy because of how fun it is to play and how lovely it sounds.

Im having a big grad anniversary well lets just say i graduated in 1974 hahah . im 67 and after years of wanting to play guitar happy I found your series. I played accordian for many years ..many years ago... but we have a fellow grad that is in the guitar business ( studio etc ) and he was taking requests for our upcoming grad and I said Blackbird (1968) ... now im going to learn it!
Yeah i remember that I never did this one for my exam but I am grade 8 and grade 4 classical guitar now so didn’t effect me much (apart from making me hate classical music)
