- US President Joe Biden was “rambling incoherently” while meeting with Kenyan President William Ruto on Wednesday.
Biden jokingly admitted US Ambassador to Kenya Meg Whitman is smarter than him as he spoke to the press at the White House.
Users on X mocked the oldest-ever sitting president for seemingly struggling to finish his sentence and maintain focus as he tried to tell his story.
“My 2-year-old great-grandson is smarter than him,” one user wrote.
Biden’s meeting with the Kenyan President was historical, Ruto was the first African leader in over 15 years to make an official visit to the US.
