- Small town charity thrift stores are calling! Join me as we stop by TEAM Resale, Reclaimed Resale, and TLC Thrift Store. We find an eclectic mix of treasures along the way. Elegant glass of the Depression era to Mid-Century represent here. 1960's lamps take us back to another time and an EAPG pitcher reminds of lemonade on a turn of the century porch. Chinoiserie "Double Happiness" sets the tone for our fun day of thrifting. See the Waterford I find waiting for a new home. Villeroy & Boch is a nice surprise, too. Where can you go to find top tabletop brands of today and yesterday? Tomball resale shops are full of great gifts, decor, and more for your home.

I saw some beautiful pins in the jewelry case... that sweet carved mother of pearl hand holding the fan would have been in my hot little hand. You found some great finds. Wow, so many wonderful treasures in all 3 thrift shops. The dishes, serving pieces, double teapot, octagon sugar bowl and the repurposed paper/fabric bird art piece. I too have some lovely sandwich servers - thanks for the reminder as I should get them out and use them. Thanks for taking us along!

I was very excited by the Juliska 12 Days of Christmas plate and so happy you picked it up. I have a penchant for Portuguese pottery and that was a nice piece. Very jealous over here! Glad you found your oversized V&B coffee cups and Lenox pieces. It may not have been half price, but still a good price for the Holiday dish you picked up. You’ll be putting that to good use soon!

I followed your advise and checked the bottom shelf last week.I found a spotless Noritake set 25 percent off making it 43 dollars.7 dinners 8 salads 8 bread,6 saucers😥 9 cups. 40 peices.I have nice dinner plates that I can sub for the missing one.I am looking for 2 saucers on Ebay to complete the set .Its ivory bone china with soft florals .Very soft and pretty .I was thinking of doing a victorian table setting.Its called knollbrook I think .Do you think it would work for a Victorian table scape?What color table cloth would you suggest?I cant find any antique rose damask. THANKS❤❤

My current system is filling a suitcase with items as we get closer to departure. If it’s far in advance, I place in a labeled box designated for Germany. 🇩🇪

I love your videos, Mary Beth. But I will like to put it out there that Goodwill doesn’t treat their disabled employees very well in Tomball. I used to work there, then left because I was getting bullied by my manager and threatened.
This is disturbing to hear that you were bullied by Goodwill. This goes against their mission and ADA labor laws. So sorry this happened to you. 😞
