@5:00 gnawhole is a faction terrain, so you can have 1 in your list that sets up in faction terrain step then spawn a second one at start of first battleround right?
Thats my reading as well. Your allowed to place one as part of the faction terrain deployment core rules. Effectively you have 2 out by the start of the 1st battle round. The one setup during faction terrain setup is restricted to the faction terrain deployment rules though.
I don't understand why stormvermin aren't good??? They can get -4 rend pretty easily, they're always at -2 rend anyway, you can give them +1 to wound easily with prayer, you can protect them with three clawsteps very easy and you can rally them well, I don't understand why they are bad now? I agree they used to be really bad but now, I think people aren't seeing their potential

I really think they're fine and Vince is harder on them than they probably deserve. They're not much different than clanrats and are accordingly cheaper. Getting that ward from the furnace is definitely solid.
it’s been 2 weeks and i am really struggling out here to make something work. other armies just seem like they have pound for pound better data scrolls and i am getting out shot out shot and out manunvered by cities of sigmar and elves. jezzails are a quarter of our points and can’t actually kill a unit of anything before they get charged by cavalry that can move faster then thier 24” range. rat ogors will die to a swift breeze. so will stormfiends and they might dish out some damage but chances are your opponents equlivant unit can do the same and has some sort of defence. feels pretty rough.
do you expect many of the missing units to come back with new sculpts when the battletome gets released? vince mentioned the plague priest on foot maybe do you think any of the other units might too?
They do, in another comment they discussed that in the video they were wrong. You get to deploy one at the start of the game during deployment, then another every battle round up to 3 max
Vince it literally states on the gnawhole warscroll you can not finish a move or set up on it
Its such a shame you can't get a priest for less than 340pts though

I believe you are correct. Army composition 3.7 says you get one if your army has one
