these guys having more fun with their budget garage builds than people spengin hella money on new trucks
You got it! Low buck trucks are the way to be. Otherwise I'd be afraid of scratches and dents 😂
First off, Cory, you're the man for working your way through that. Second of all, it was at the end of the rock garden when suddenly everyones wish list got a set of 42" tires, dana 70 rear, dana 60 front, 7:17 gears and a 4.7:1 dual t-case lol. All jokes aside, that was a crazy rock garden and an awesome trail to see you guys back on. Keep up the awesome videos and adventures.
Thanks. The list just went up by a front locker duals and an exo
4.7 in my rear case for sure is on the list! I think we are both happy with Toy axles and 37s for the time being. Maybe tons on something in the future!
@@DirtGarage buy my fj80 axles lol keep it Yota
@@caribooffroad5982 I'm happy with my axles haha, I mean sliders and half cage.
@@DirtGarage haha ya I'm finally getting my sliders on next week after them being in the shop for a year lol and my anti wrap in toy axles are where it's at. But ya bigger then 37s I'd go fj60s or fj80s.
This is one of my favorite channels because there's no fancy house or garage and you work on your trucks like I have to
Thank you! Gotta work with what you got. This hobby is alot more accessible that people might think, just gotta be willing to lay on your back in the dirt using cheapo tools.
Your approach ar 1:30 was nice man. Super crawl emgaged
True trailblazers. Hope to meet up in the future.
Desde Argentina! felicitaciones....
Definitely gotta try this in the "mazda" haha.
Gorgeous lineup🤘🏼
Thanks!
Man, someone needs duals!!😂 awesome as usual!
Thanks Mike!
Sweet vid....love it...let me know if u get a titan friendly trail lol or sxs....either or im in if day off
3:30 The Rockcrusher!!
I need duels 😂 my trucks taking a beating with out
Man are they ever nice!
I believe it my buddy here has them in his truggy. We just found a massive rock garden near our shops that we are working in marking out and cutting some trail through. There is every thing from 37 full locked to buggy only lines maby 15-20 min from where our shops are lol
@@caribooffroad5982 Perfect!! There is huge potential in the rock garden we entered in this video. I need armor ASAP though.
@@DirtGarage haha ya I hear ya I need the belly skid plate mostly or at least trans and tcase which one are u using with ur duels ? And ya armor is nice lol I have front and rear. Go with the lowrange ones a bit nicer then the TG ones or if u go TG cut out the circle where you would fill ur diffs there a huge pain in the ass when u need to fill ur diffs up I'm also debating making a rear truss on the back side on my rear Axle to keep brake lines safe iv ripped a few off now as it is I have them almost on top but sticks like to still break them lol
@@DirtGarage ya the one u guys were in looked sweet. Ours is mixed in with some thick trees super random spot for a rock garden once we are in I'll text ya vids of it
Gnarly dude 😎
Thanks!
amazing video as always !!
Thank you!
Time for some diff armor lol
Probably a good plan!
Are there other large groups that trail ride up there
Dope vidoe fam!
How many PSI do you air down to?
8PSI this day. I believe Cory was 6PSI.
I was at 6
Dirt Garage ok thanks I was wondering because going down to like 14 or 12 is as far as I’ve gone and wondered if I should go lower I’m kinda new to this.
Dirt Garage ok thanks I was wondering because going down to like 14 or 12 is as far as I’ve gone and wondered if I should go lower I’m kinda new to this.
@@greggtucker765 I usually drop down to about 10PSI as soon as I hit the trail. But these 37" Toyos we run have a really stiff sidewall and perform excellent at low tire pressure.
This was such a good video! I have a 94 Toyota pickup 4by4 extended cab v6 and I can't find a good 3 inch lift kit for it any suggestions? I also plan on running 33 1250's r15's or 32's and billstin shocks. I don't plan on offroading it hard fyi. Any help?
David Rigg is just recommend a body lift if you don’t have anything against them and if you do a lift to fit 33,s with no worry of rubbing get a 3 inch
In my experience balljoint spacers will do the trick for you, just don't crank the torsion bars with it. Perfect for light offroading, and if you want to be a little taller then a body lift will work good too. I also said at one point in time that all I wanted was 3" lift and 33" tires, oops. Haha
If staying ifs the BJ spacers are fine I ran them in my 92 runner I did find my alignment was always getting thrown out have to do it fairly often and long as you don't crank torsion bars up shouldn't find to much camber wear on it tires. It can also be very hard on CVs I fit 33s easy on mine with the spacers
@@greggtucker765 sounds good! The only thing though is that my mechanic said that I can't go higher than a 2.5 suspension kit and a two inch body kit and bigger than 33's without changing my rear gears and solid axle swapping the front. does this sound correct?
David Rigg yes it does but my truck is just fine on 32s stock suspension at the moment but I do have prerunner fenders on mine
Yotas do it better!
Heck yeah!
First comment lol
