Aslam o Alikum.... Clean shave or beard that is only personal choice.....but make sure you don't apply any skincare products on beard because the accumulation of them become the cause of pimples in beard even while washing if you don't rinse soaps from beard properly that also causes skin problems......apply products only on skin or if you apply on beard make sure to rinse properly....

About liberty clothes, they look nice, but they are not shrunk before stitching. Ready made clothes that are not good quality often shrink and don't fit after one wash.
I live in Canada and this has been so much of a big problem with me to that I usually get stitched my dresses now.
