This is the 2nd best ever rendition to me.. an I'm 56 years old and have listened to many National Anthems.. Whitney Houston is my favorite.. 1993... Never thought anyone would come close.. Chris is almost better... Almost.. but listen to Whitney's version.. she's incredible.. I truly can't wait to hear Reba McEntire do it if a few days.. I'm a country music lover and Reba is .. well... REBA... she's going to do it justice... I'm excited.

This love and respect for our country is also why we getting fighting mad over those who take a knee or burn or deface our flag!! IF don't respect our country...then by all means LEAVE!! Many of us are very emotional because we've lost fathers, brothers, sons, grandfathers, uncles, etc...during wartime to keep this Great country FREE!!

I'm surprised you don't have more listeners from America.. you have a great channel.. and I'm always surprised when I hear that people from the UK don't have the patriotism that Americans have.. I'm surprised that any country doesn't have it for their country... I recently did my ancestry and truly thought I was at least 50% Italian.. nope.. I'm all English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh.. lol.. 7 % Italian and 93% British Isles.. Guess my Mom had nothing to do with me.. it's all my Dad and her Dad that gave me my genes .. Proud either way of my ancestry but # 1 I'm a Mutt from America and proud . and if you don't understand Mutt.. it means my familys all immigrated to America over a century ago. All Americans are mutts.. I think that's what makes us so proud.. we had to fight for our freedoms
