Sometimes fans just find it difficult to hear some critiques on their idols. I hope the singers themselves can see these reactions too, for their own growth. Also, I love how Morissette seems to just let it go all the way and yet seems to have calculated exactly what she's doing.

Hi, I'm a Filipino, pls don't get defensive for being what you are as a reactor, you are just being honest, and I admire your honest reaction. Morissette is my most favourite singer but I also know that being a reactor you are entitled to your own professional reaction, pls pls, don't get affected by negative comments below. Stay as you are and never be like those other reactors who seem so fake, taking Morissette as perfect all the time, for truthfully, she had performances before that she didn't do well, she even apologised to her audience one time for her voice failed her that time, she's that humble.
For sure even Morissette will consider your opinion as she's also very open and humble and that being said she knows she'll always have room for improvement as long as she keeps on singing. Never be sorry for what you are, both personally and professionally, because that sets you apart from everyone else. God bless and more power on your channel!❤️❤️❤️

Dear Rachelle coming from a Voice Teacher like you, whether its positive or negative, it is a compliment and it surely helpful.
I love Moressette voice all of it but my favorite part is the little cries or cracks or whatever they are called in her voice, to me that part makes her distinctive from other Filipino singers and there are lots of great ones.
There are many narrow minded people out there and can't appreciate honest and constructive comments. Keep doing what you do because you give us real talk about the music world.

There is a Wish Bus in the USA. It launched about 2 years ago. It's in LA. They have had mostly Fillipino acts guest, but some American artists have appeared here and there. My hope is that they would get a big act like Bruno Mars or Kelly Clarkson to go on it to really introduce the whole of the US to something really innovative. It's such a unique concept,but that Live factor probably would make even the most seasond artist sweat a tad! Love what you're doing here. The fact you used the word "Intonation " I'm smiling! I have this pet peeve with the normalization of the word "Pitchy" by American Idols Randy Jackson lol. Thank you for using the accurate term 😂😂! Truly looking forward to More Morissette here. I'm going to suggest something old that I wish ALL vocal coaches would take a look at with her because she's young, but the vocal is just stunning with live Orchestra!I'll link below. She's 19 here, and a vocal talk through would be so fitting! Thank you for sharing your platform and knowledge!

Try reacting to her cover "I want to know what love is" where you can hear a lot of dif dynamics of her voice, belts, chest and headvoice, longer whistle that you can't imagine it's possible and the squeaks..

Morissette has mastered SLS to such extent that even members of Little Mix and Jason Derulo (song writer) were awed by her brilliant rendition of the song in the 2017 Asia Song Festival, Busan, South Korea.
Jade Thirwall actually posted a video showing her and other members of LM excitedly watching Morissette's performance on CZcams.
Also awed were organizers of the event- so much that they invited her to represent the Philippines in the following year's ASF-earning Morissette the distinction of being the first and only artist to have performed in the prestigious event for two years in a row.

One reason she sounds so good is the added effects, some sort of a bright plate. I learned from my experience recording amateur singers for the first time to always add effects (reverb) and frequency equalization (EQ) before playing it back because if they hear it dry they will be so disappointed that they may give up. The sound engineer on the WISH bus is obviously very experienced and puts amazingly perfect effects on Morissette’s voice and sets the voice to track balance expertly as well. Their electronics are also very high tech as well. Morissette is also very experienced using the set up to more easily apply her vast talent (no note tuning needed) for an optimum (fantastic) performance.
You're the right person to react as per your profession 👌. Mentioning flaws or things a person can improve on is called constructive criticism not bashing/hating. Of course, a fan will be easily blinded by the diff. Just go girl! ❤️. I'm a fan of so many artists, as much as i can i only listen to professionals for reaction vids.
