@samtheBigZ Yup, this was it! I know, i expected it to be a bit longer, but believe me, it's still worth it. It's truly unbelievable! It's so thrilling and the sense of falling and going fast and getting dragged, etc is unbelievable!
THIS....IS....AWESOME! Now we can feel how its like to watch King Kong fights in front of our eyes! The animatronics were cool.....because of its size and the movement it makes you feel like......great....its like it was alive and in front of your eyes...but this is awesome too!
wow that ride actually looks cool. when i first heard the concept it thought it sounded lame, but based off this video it actually looks pretty awesome.
wow i remember going when they still had it under raps an in construction... it's amazing how fast they got this done an how extremely well made this new/re-newed attraction on the tour!
I saw this for the first time ever at Universal Studios Hollywood last month and it was AWESOME! No doubt the most intense and realistic 3D experience I ever experienced.
That must have been awesome, and i saw that the "bus" that you all are in moves the way that scenes happen. Really that is a experience that you will never forget. Just like if you are in the movie it self. Awesome, nice video.
That looks insane! I thought is would be a pretty cool 3D show, but with the rocking tram and the giant screens, it looks truly amazing! And that part where the T-Rex took the back tram, I wasn't sure if it was real or not at first! I have to go on this!!!!!!!!!!

if I worked at an amusement park, there would be ALOT of things that I would get sick of. But the sound at 6:57 is a sound I don't think I'd ever get tired of hearing--the sound of people being completely enchanted and fascinated.
Dude, I think you have...the best overall vid of this ride. You capture all the key parts of the ride, you switch back and fourth at the right parts. realy good
I went today it was awesome but the old one was a classic its a shame that it burned down, They should remake the old one just how it was before for people that never experienced it so that King Kong can be experience in the classic way and the modern way.
This definitely looks cool and exciting! I'll have to see it in person and decide if it is a good replacement for the classic animantronic, but it looks promising!

Hopefully this will inspire Universal Studios Florida to bring back their Kong attraction.But as a stand alone attraction.Just like the original 1988 King Kong Encounter inspired Universal to build and create Kongfrontation when designing Universal Studios Florida.

@WDI2008 That would be amazing if they could make it with even bigger 360 screens that aren't just on the sides but on the top and bottom too! Like a full dome type of 360 3d!

I must say, the ride looks mighty impressive. Reminds me of Star Tours and Back to the Future a bit, but taken to the next level. Very impressive. This and the Harry Potter attraction in Florida is really proving that Universal can actually beat Disney at their own game if they set their minds to it.
Pity, I was still equally a fan of both of their movies (*except for DreamWorks.) since before one of my favorite composers James Newton Howard made the OST's for my favorite Universal movie King Kong and one of my favorite Disney guilty pleasures that came out in 2021 called the Jungle Cruise, he also made OST's for my previous favorite guilty pleasures of Disney called Dinosaur,Atlantis, and Treasure Planet lol.
