These were just the ones I can think of right now, but I'm sure there are more. Most of these guys were combining amazing stats with winning aswell. I love Trae, but he hasn't totally convinced me yet personally. He first needs to start winning.
EDIT: I know you said pointguards but you have to understand scoring pointguards haven't really been popular if you look at the history of the nba. Stephen Curry popularized it. Not to mention the usage rate of pointguards have gone up dramatically. So I just looked at usage rate of all players not just pointguards. If you look at nba history it was centers first, next shooting guards became popular and now it's point guards. Luka, Lebron, Harden, Westbrook, Lillard, Kyrie, Kemba and Curry for example.
And even if it was just point guards. You have Jerry West, Isiah Thomas, Oscar Robertson, Luka (plays as pg), Dave Bing, Michael Jordan (played point guard early in his career for a while). So it's not totally unheard of as a point guard to put up these numbers in their second season. And my guess is, this will get more and more common.
