    Great idea to use leftover links from previous jobs! However, I do believe this will take additional time compared to using a fishing line (inflating the Links), and will add to the cost if you don't have the Links in inventory. Rubber bands are definitely the way to go to attach your fillers. Thanks for sharing!

    Do you cut the rubber bands and attach balloons to each end, or just wrap the balloons into the rubberband and add to garland?
