Hey great video Rob keep up the good work. I like that you include the area and not just the site how long does it take to reach the nearest town/village by foot mate

Thanks very much for your compliment. We remember it being a nice walk and around two and a half mile to the edge of Grange Over Sands town. That would take us around 50 minutes to walk. Our later videos include a little more detail and maybe our vlogging skills are a bit more polished too 😂. All the best, Rob & Gail

Hi Rob, thanks for sharing the content. It looks like you have fitted a rear view camera to your van. It’s something I’m seriously considering doing. If you have one fitted any chance of you publishing a review and one of your detailed fitting guides or advice. Many a Thanks from John 👍

Hi John, I've been meaning to do a video on my caravan reverse camera for some time but still haven't got round to it. Its now on my 'to do' list for early new year. Need to be on site to demonstrate it. I purchased my camera from www.trailervision.co.uk However, there are many other retailers out there.
I have a factory fitted AV input that can be picked up on the front screen. The power for the camera is taken from the caravan reverse light but you lose the image when the car is taken out of reverse. I'm thinking of moving the connection to a different power source. Thanks for watching. Regards Rob

Cheers, I’ve already seen it. Great content. Have you thought about moving the transmitter to the front of your van. It will probably reduce the lag. 👍

I should have thought of that John. The signal icon on the screen shows full strength but you could be right about the lag due to the distance. Probably something to look at in the future. Thanks for staying tuned and pointing it out. Cheers Rob 👍
