The artist is Ikue Asazaki. in iTunes, the title is in Japanese. Under her albums, look for the title that has (feat. NHKBS), this is it. I love the song too. It reminds me of when i was a little boy and my mother would sing and play her Japanese music.

I used to watch Seasoning the seasons. It was explained that the type of singing is an old Taiwan way of singing this woman is trying to keep going. I googled what is the theme song of Seasoning the seasons and got it with words in English. I love her songs
