We explore the SM Seaside City Mall, the biggest in Cebu and 3rd in the Philippines. It is so big it would take months to explore, but we took you to the main attractions, from food, Christmas, and all 4 entrances with their unique spiral staircases.

The Christmas spirit is celebrated early in the Philippines starting with the "ber " months. (September, October, November, and December). It's good for business and stressful for the consumers because families are tempted to buy and buy in preparation for the real Christmas holiday celebration which is when catholic churches start the nine days of midnight masses called Misa de Gallo. That is, hearing holy masses in the cold early morning at around 4am. I hope you are still in the country to witness those religious practices. I am glued by your constant giggling and laughing. What a happy couple.

SM or Shoe Mart... started as a small shoe store in Manila in the 60s. the SM tagline "we got it all.' stays true up to this day for providing the needs of every Filipino under one roof. you can find all the major retail companies in the Philippines except one. Mercury Drugstore. one popular story tells that during younger days of the owner, he used to sell slippers in the streets of manila particularly in quiapo where the main branch of the drugstore is located. he happened to stop by in front of the store to sell his slippers when the manager forced him away and told him to never come back. this makes the young owner of SM that when he makes it big Mercury Drug will never set foot at any of its store.....

The Philippines the only Roman Catholic in Asia surrounded by temple your not going to find a Christmas tree in Asia. Because Asian countries don't celebrate Christma!
