Haddish was a friend of the woman, so she trusted her. Also when the mother asked to see the video Haddish said it wasn't edited, or that they weren't going to use it then released it years later

Well let me tell it okay… Tiffany got close to the mother first and created a bond w her… okay… to the point where the kids was even calling her auntie, then the mom got the feeling that she could trust her over time and Tiffany told the mom that she could put them on Nickelodeon so she went to pick up the kids and did that and that’s when they did this nasty ahh skit and didn’t Even show the mom the skit that they did she kept trying to watch it but they gave the mom the run around and eventually told her that it wasn’t good enough n that it had been deleted by the producers. So… They had no idea it was being used at all anywhere.
Two comedians I can do without. I understand dark humor existing in the world. But allegations that involve any form of abuse to children is not humorous at all. Aries and Tif aren't the happiest people to be honest. Aries has been angry for over a decade now. Tiffany has needed deep therapy all her life. You can listen to her in interviews and see that.
@Onehunnid_707 okay I get where you're coming from I enjoyed dark humor but there are limits to it of course. Anything involving rape or harm to children or even harm to adults is not that funny. I only usually make dark jokes about my own problems and never anyone else's it's just a coping mechanism for some people like me if that makes more sense?

@@MisssKayy In the full video, Aries drops the newspaper in the first 2 scenes before he proceeds with the boy (trynna use PG13 language). In the final scene, the boy drops the comic book before proceeding to rub oil on Aries, who is only wearing underwear. Also, the 3rd scene is the only one where the child gives the wink back to Aries, the same one Aries gave him in the beginning scene.
The idea is that the first two times caused the child to start liking it and seeking it out himself. To seek it out himself, the boy does the same stuff Aries did (he inherited Aries' behaviors): he cut out holes into the comic book to secretly look at Aries, he did that wink that Aries gave in the beginning, and he also rubbed oil on Aries the way Aries rubbed it on him.
Extremely gross, to say the least. I saw the uncensored video and I have to say, don't look it up cuz it's BAD and the ones on CZcams right now are bad enough tbh. Stuff like this needs to be exposed, but out of respect for the unfortunate child, I'm not sure if we should be spreading the video, or at least the uncensored one...

My " innocence was stolen" at the age of 2. I'm dealing with the lifelong trauma of that by being thankful that it didn't go beyond mutual touching.
Mutual touching left my psyche wounded. Full penetration would have left my body wounded and my psyche destroyed.
Society can not blur these lines. To protect the next child left alone with someone who is pushing these boundaries, please do not blur these lines.
Clearly, this skit was very suggestive. But suggestive and actual are not the same thing.
I am in my 50s and was molested as a child by my friend's grandfather age 6. Also just touching, but it was enough to cause trauma. All I can say is TRY not to give your assaulter any more power, doing your best to NOT let them affect your future. Remind yourself that it was not your fault, that person was/is sick in the head (don't get me started on what I believe should happen to pedophiles), and they only have impact from now on if you give it to them. Believe me I know that is not as easy to do as it is to say, and yes, I failed some, but for the most part I have kept him from my mind and from affecting any of my relationships. You are strong and YOU are in control. Best wishes for a future free of ptsd

I have been fortunate that I have been able to compartmentalize those incidents and see them for what they were -- the actions of a disturbed person who used me as a way of dealing with his own issues.
I am thankful that the person stopped himself from taking actions that would have been more damaging, and this is my main point in speaking out. Society wants to demonize any person who touches a child sexually, which I do understand.
However, after seeing how damaging it was for a young toddler to be fully penetrated by her step father, I am terrified that if society does not clearly make the distinction between touching and full penetration, molesters will be less likely to make that distinction. And that distinction is the only reason I have not been so severely damaged that I would not be able to function in society .

Sue the production team. They absolutely should have known the requirements of working with child actors. The production team would not win this case unless the children have a bad lawyer.
However, if Tiffany and/ or Aries did not produce this skit and were not paid to represent the children they might not be held responsible for complying with child actor laws that protect against this.
It was a very poor decision for Tiffany to agree to allow the children to participate in mature content, but it was the decision of the production team to include it.
Adult content is for adults. The actors union is quite clear on that point.

Scrutinizing this case as much as I possibly could given the evidence provided, I think I may have undercovered the truth. Haddish has been known to be intolerably obscene, with audacious comedians such as Marlon "Mandingo Party Wayans calling her too disgusting, and she is also a proven liar, given that she lied to the mother in order to secure the actors. Spears, while brazen, is a seasoned Hollywood comedian who knows not to cross boundaries without permission.
My guess is Haddish, who at the time was (and still is/forever will be) a desperate and unscrupulous novice devised the skit to upload it to Funny Or Die as soon as she could in order to jumpstart her career, and she asked Spears to help write the script and secure the set and props, to which he naively and generously obliged. Spears asked if she could procure child actors to perform such an audacious skit, and Haddish, as she has done with the mother, lied to him about the children's credentials, acting experience, and contractual security, as she was desperate to upload the skit as soon as possible. She secured both kids by lying to the mother about the sketch's content, and she tricked Spears by lying to him about the children's contractual oversight, because, while Spears is infamously brazen, he also has a certified Hollywood fandom due to his MADTV career, and I highly doubt that he would have knowingly filmed such bizarre scenes and compromised his public image had he known the children weren't prepared or contractually certified.
So ultimately the blame falls on Haddish imo, because she clearly lied to multiple people in order to make a tasteless comedy sketch that would jumpstart her career (which again didn't work due to Funny or Die deleting it). After Spear's (admittedly-hypocritical) Lizzo comments, his name was on the public spotlight, traumatizing the mother's children due to them being bullied over the skit. Their anger should definitely be pointed towards Haddish rather than Spears, whose only role was performing the skit and whose biggest mistake was trusting Haddish to procure child actors whom (he thought) would be willing and licensed to perform such an audacious skit. Haddish is the one who lied to the kids, the mother, and Spears to produce the skit and selfishly jumpstart her career at the cost of Spears reputation and the children's mental health and reputation, for which, IMO, she deserves not only to pay eternal restitution to the family AND Spears for the rest for her/their lives for the devastation she brought to their livelihoods, but to be incarcerated for AT LEAST a year AND sued into lifelong bankruptcy on counts of kidnapping, reckless child endangerment, child labor malpractice, fraudulent business practices, unsafe working conditions, AND that's not including restitution to Spears for the recklessly deceptive sabotage of his multi-decade-long career, reputation, legal status, and finances. Haddish is the rotten root of it all, I'm 99.9999....% certain
