Going by how common attending international conventions are you'd expect agencies to invest on intensive English classes for their top talent. Speaking English has given Sally big gigs, like hosting Aniplex events.

@@ctusiard9755 Quite strange to think that japanese voice actress should know English well, given that only few of them attending such events + while anime industry know how popular anime outside Japan, local market is still number 1 for them, so forcing their top tier talent to learn English would be a waste of time.
