My approach. You can eat beef rare ,medium rare. I will throw in 2 to 3 plates each time, stir fry. Take it out to plate to let it cool, then woof it down. The woof time will be cook time. Just a tot looking at your video.

That look so delicious. But one thing about these kinds of restaurants is I am bad at identifying if the meat is properly cooked or not lol. Unless I want to risk overcooking it. So I tend not to go for it unless I have "adult supervision" with me. Or unless its chicken, which is so much easier for me
