Erkenci Kus (English title: Early Bird) is a Turkish-made romantic comedy series by Gold Film.
Sanem (Demet Özdemir) is a girl who works in her father's grocery store and is loved by everyone. But her family tells her that she will marry if she can't find a job. Sanem starts working in an advertising agency to avoid getting married. But she doesn't know what awaits her in her new job. The manager of his company is the handsome, intelligent and cultured Can (Can Yaman). Since Sanem always manages to get into trouble, this situation attracts Can's attention and a great love story begins.

The actors in this series are top notch
Demet & Can were fantastic as was the entire cast.
One of the reasons it worked so well as they were able to leverage off each others energy and I saw in an interview with Can he said they improvised around 60-70%
I’ve yet been able to watch this and not cry. Demet’s acting is so amazingly good you feel the pain as if it were you. Can does great too on how he looks at her and the emotions on his face says more than his words. I only wish this was in English and that they would act together again

Why didn't they photo, on their phone , of Yigit at the hut? Would have proven alot of questions
This is probably a very unpopular opinion but what I can't understand is she spent months listening to this guy who hit her with his car he was the greatest thing because he promised help her publish a book that's awesome but in between all of that all he did was insult her boyfriend the man she claims she did all this for and that she loved and now a year goes by and everybody hates this boyfriend because she told him to leave he did as he was told she didn't see him burn the book but she believed that he did burn her book why would he do that she fell into the biggest honeytrap I've ever seen in my life and she spent a year being controlled by her publisher and let's be realistic all it took a day on the water with her ex-fiance / ex-boyfriend for her to start writing again come on now I don't understand why they had to write her in such a way where she's just clueless and didn't see this publisher for who he was which was a creep a supreme creep I mean he was even creepier than the perfume guy at least with the perfume guy he was up front about how badly he wanted to take her to bedthis publisher guy just spent days and days and hours insulting her boyfriend / fiance and she said nothing did nothing defended him before people come for me I'm not saying the boyfriend is good butts he never sat there and gave any sort of any sort of Hope to any other woman saying that you know maybe we could have something or possibly we could have something yes he wanted to leave to go take pictures in the mountains because he was upset with her she gets hit by a car and then she goes and works for the guy deliberately even after she gets back with said boyfriend she still stays with this publisher guy who has no respect for her relationship

@grio3......u make me laugh...... U r so hard up about Sanem that Can did the same thing to her believing others and not Her. Yeah she lied but not about Her love for Him......U r picking and choosing that Can was mistreated by Sanem and it wasn't the case........Can loved Sanem but couldn't handled the downside of their love.......He was mad jealous of Her..... Every man in Her space (except CeyCey) He was ready to knock'em out......He was very possessive whether they together or not. She might have believed Yigit for that moment but what about Him believing that She was Fabri lover and wearing the blue dress that she thought it was a gift from Him He didn't believe Her....... Can made all the calls in their relationship and when Sanem stepped out of bounds She got penalized for it even if She thought She was doing it for love. So u can blame Her for whatever reasons that living in ur head but still Can got issues too......Sanem loves nobody but Him and only Him. So it's just ur figment of ur imagination that u think otherwise.......Did u actually watched this series or r u picking through it since u dislike Sanem so much?😏

True, they truly love each other but because so many bad influences of people around with. Sometimes you can say something bad while watching,but at the end they figure it out-that they meant for each other. I wish there is a second season with the in laws and with grand children. I found it hard but I’m so in love with this 2 Can and Sanem.
7:32 Sanem hat auf dem Felsen auch gesagt dass Can gehen soll und er ging nicht er hat das Flugticket zerrissen!!!! Es ist nicht immer so wie Sanem es sich zurecht legt!!!! Beide haben Fehler gemacht… warum sind die von Can schlimmer?????? Er hat diese Lügen von Sanem nicht ertragen …

I'm with Sanem all the way. Upper management treated Her like shit (except Mr. Aziz). She come for a job and got backstabbed, cutthroated, bamboozled, hoodwinked and became collateral damaged when their gawddamn plans don't work plus gets verbally abused by the one She in love with. WTF
Sanem got backstabbed by Emre, he has manipulated her…. She had many ways to tell and explain everything to Can when she noticed Can loves her…Can often asked her to tell everything she wanted to say…and he was always honest with her
Sanem knew Can hates lies!!!!!! He didn‘t leave when she sent him away when they were on the rock…and he didn‘t fly to the Balkans either…she trusted Yighit more than Can and that‘s why Can left because Sanem moved away from him, she discussed all her problems with Yigit and she only had her Book in mind!!!
She even forgot that Can was the first one who encouraged her to write… don‘t stop writing 😊🤗

Her only mistake??? Haha I have to laugh at this headline and thumbnail. She made lots of mistakes, not only one. And loving him wasn't her mistake because to be honest she never loved him. She lied to his face so many times. She lied to everyone she knows and behaved like a freaking 5 years old. She betrayed Can so many times. She chose yigit over Can, a total stranger and ruined Can's heart. No one cares about Can's feelings. Well I do. Sanem to me was one of the most obnoxious and unbearable characters ever. Not worthy of a lead role. Such a waste of talent on Demet. Pure nonsense.
