Good day, Atty. Today, in this lesson I realized that all the freedom that we have has the law. But we should know our limitations. Just like in Article 19 which is the freedom of opinion and expression. We should keep our opinion if we know that it is too much, for example the person who posted that he will give a hundred thousand pesos if they kill our president. So the NBI track him down and bring him to the somewhere for him to be judged by authorities. That's all. Thank you po and Godbless.

  • @japhienmitsukiniitsu8432

Good day Atty. In this video, I learned about the contents of Articles 17 to 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
    The first is Article 17.
    (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
I learned here that all of us have the right to own our own property alone or have a co-ownership.
    (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
I learned here that there’s no person deserves deprivation on his own property.
It means that you can’t take their property without his consent or permission.
    Next is Article 18.
It says that everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance.
I learned here that all of us have freedom when it comes to our minds, conscience, and religion. It means that we can change our religion if we want, you can’t force people when it comes to these things.
    Next is Article 19.
It says that everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
It means that all of us have the right to be free when it comes to our opinion and expression and no one can stop us even if it's media.
    Next is Article 20.
    (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
It means that all of us have freedom when it comes to assembly and association. It means that if they want to have a meeting, rally, and demonstration. They can do it as long it is peaceful and not cruel.
    (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
I learned here that you can’t for a person to join an association even if the association has a good tas or purpose.
    Last is Article 21.
    (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
I learned here that all of us have the right to interfere in government management in his/her own country. It means that he can run or vote anyone he/she wants to run in government without anyone forcing him/her.
    (2) Everyone has the right to equal access to public service in his country.
I learned here that all of us have equal rights to have access to public service in our own country. But there’s still what they called qualifications or rules that we need to follow for you to have a part or chance to become a town servant.
    (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secrete vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
I learned here that the will of a person will be the basis of our government. It means they can’t cheat on the election through the real election. Because if you want a place in our government you should run without cheating and people will vote for you if you deserve to be in government.

    Lesson 9.
Good day sir, thank you for preparing another knowledge for us.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Articles 17 to 21
    Article 17.
    (1) Every individual has the ability to retain his or her property, which is also acceptable if there are two or three of you, and it is allowed to do so with the right to claim each of their belongings.
    (2) What all this implies is that someone can't take your things without your consent or infringing on his or her rights. For example, I have a neighbor who owes me a significant sum of money, and I am unable to seize his property even though he has a right to it and I do not have his approval.
    Article 18.
The article is stating that each person has the option to alter his or her religion to suit his or her choices. For example, assuming you are a member of the INC and wish to switch your religion. There is no rule that can prevent you from changing since anybody can convert, teach, or follow any religion. Nothing can stop someone from turning up at a location where they will happily serve.
    Article 19.
What it implies Everyone has the right to speak whatever they want because there's no law prohibiting them from doing so, but not everyone can, and there are some boundaries that must be complied to.
    Article 20.
    (1) What is mentioned here is that everyone has the right to organize or rally, and what is expected is perfect or harmless language in order to avoid violating our law, which is illegal.
    (2) As stated below, you cannot convince someone to join an organization, even if their goal is excellent, because everyone has their own ideas and plans.
    Article 21.
    (1) It says that almost anyone can rule, govern, or run for mayor of a country to serve it. He wants to utilize his position to encourage a city or a country in growing or developing.
    (2) Everyone has the right to have access or to obey the same regulations, but they must have certain conditions in order to serve their country. Before you may serve the country as a mayor or senator, you must achieve certain requirements.
    (3) It states that each individual's will or pulse will determine who they vote for in elections and who will serve the country in positions of leadership.
