Great advise guys. There a lot of stuff on YT for the USA property market but not as much information on the Uk market. You guys present it in a clear and easy to understand way.

@MariaGarcia-gv8hj. It's not a problem at all I would advise you determine your investment horizon, but I recommend a long-term plan if you're looking to make alot of profit on your investment. I creatwd a long term plan with an IA Alexandra Diana Jose who helped me invest and manage my investment while getting on with my job without worry. It's the bull run season also. Gotta get all the cash I can get 🎉!

Great advice for up-and-coming real estate investors. A lot of similar videos give you the highlights but leave the "grey" areas unanswered. Love how you guys fill in the missing pieces. There really are so many options to make money in real estate. Kudos to you both.

Kind of a silly observation! But "HMO" gives a chuckle as in the USA, "HMO" is one of the two types of private health insurance! It stands for "Health Maintenance Organization" and means that they have their own network of doctors and you're only supposed to go to the ones that they offer! Versus "PPO", "Preferred Provider Organization", which will pay for your health care with the doctor of your choice! My own is provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs, which has their own hospitals and doctors so it's more like an HMO. 🙂 lol, anyway an entertaining and informative video as always 🙂
