- We decided to pit the heavy hemi against a zl1 470hp (5 speed) vs 650 HP. I lost but not by more than a car length. we had to do from dig, roll race was too close. but dig was brutal and srt8 was ahead for a few secs and then got left but not by much. enjoy and subscribe for more
just sad😂...you held him off wayyy too long...4th and 5th gen Camaro ss's are basically pointless unless you get the 6th gen with the 8 speed or 10 speed tranny and the trans ain't even the only reason the 6th gen's are much quicker, but they've dropped alot of weight aswell....the scatpacks and the 6.4 srt8's are practically the same performance wise, but chevy unlike dodge actually did make the newer SS's much quicker than the previous years while dodge is only focused on outside looks and will charge you an extra 16k just for some 'exotic" time/paint job/interior design when you could simply get a 1400 dollar paint or wrap job done at any local body shop and get a customized interior for just under 2k...i remember seeing a 5th gen ZL1 floor it back when i was in high school, and that thing was going nowhere...good stuff either way...a newer SS give you a much better race than this smh😂
Lol he told me he believes my car is not stock cus he has smocked 392s by bus lengths lol I told him I only emptied my trunk and I lost weight too lmao. But bro that zl1 is fast I just don't know how I didn't let him pull a bus with 650hp and lighter lol Dodge underrated the 6.4s
@@hermessrt2414 yeah, the 5th Gen Zl1's are fast top end i'd suppose and i'm sure he puts bus lengths on 392's past speeds of 130 mph due to the extra hp, but best believe that the Zl1 that he drives is still much slower than the newer zl1's and cts-v's,...i also believe that the 6.4's are probably actually closer to 505 hp at the crank but of course, whp is going to be less as with any vehicle... i wasn't cappin about 6th gen SS's being just as quick a 5th gen zl1's...check out this video here czcams.com/users/shortsaokwhLbMlG4 smh😅 dude buggin trying to make it seem like he eating scatpacks/srt8s alive, that's for sure...

well to begin thats not a zl1…. thats a ss 1LE, you can tell by the wheels and satin hood. its a track focused car and its only made with a 6 speed manual.. the ZL1 has a completely front bumper and hood
