I have always felt that the best way of expressing any emotions and feelings is through MUSIC only...Words can be used as scaffolding but Music is more expressive

What Jalaluddin Muhammad Akbar, the erstwhile Emperor of Hindustan, had so meticulously built over the years, the notorious Aurangzeb had put into smithereens with just a single stroke ! Had Dara Shikoh been the Emperor in place of the Notorious Aurangzeb, as desired by Emperor Shah Jehan, their father, it would have been a different story altogether ! The sequence of events in the lndian History will amply testify to this historical fact ! The rest is history now !

My guess is they are tests to build strength and discernment, without which liberation could be difficult. Moreover, perhaps they get their due in this life or the next. We're not keeping track are we?

What? … It would have been much wiser for the King to have made the trip himself -with his gifted musician friend- to where the two sisters lived and played. This way, the King could listen to the two ladies music for himself without causing them to be terribly frightened for their lives.
