To be fair on the canon game, Gregory appears younger in this comic than he is in the game.
Canon Gregory comes off as being 12, while this version to me looks and sounds about 8.

It’s because Gregory’s perception of them changed. He didn’t see them so much as animatronics attempting to kill him; more so as friends.

I feel like the Rockstars get more organic looking because it is Gregory's perception of them. At first they were just animatronics, but as he knows them better and sees them not mindlessly chasing him, he sees them as more human like.
Except Sun and Moon. They already look pretty human and it would be kinda weird if they had abs.

I wish this could have been the plot for Security Breach. But there probably wouldn’t have been a “Ruin” sequel, or if there were it would have been different.

Will the way this Comic is going I think Ruin can exist in this AU the only real best evidence is in the DLC we see the Shattered Freddy is a prototype maybe for this AU Cassie still go back to the Pizza Plex to save Gregory but gets hunted down by prototype version of the animatronics but Cassie also helps fixes the prototypes that end up helping Cassie
Spoilers Ahead so play the game or watch someone play it
with the Mimic pretending to be gregory putting an end to it for good but in the process all the prototypes finally break down leaving Cassie to go back up to find Gregory and the gang ready to rescue her probably not exactly or not at all but hey that's just a theory a comic theory!

Well, it seems like the Princess Quest ending is the canon ending, since Vanessa does not have the Vanny mask (that remains there), Vanessa is seen eating ice cream with Gregory in the Fredbear ending, implying that she's with Gregory, and the golden sword is driven through the Princess Quest arcade cabinet in Vanny's hideout. So I imagine that Ruin could still happen, just with all of the animatronics in Ruin being prototypes like Freddy.

@@Lukerfazbear5117not much sense though, due to the fact that we are chased by a prototype not the real glamrock freddy/ papa bear the only other part that could possibly make sense is the fact that Gregory also carries Freddy's head in a duffle bag. However, this doesn't explain the reason why the place is so destroyed, the burntrap ending is canon, the reason why we see references to other endings or princess quest is due to M.X.E.S possibly being able to tell the future OR EVEN TIMELINES, Its also possible that M.X.E.S may be the most powerful character we have seen to date! Another reason Burntraps ending is canon is due to the fact that we can still see the blob in a certain area under the race-way. And what ending is the ONLY one to include the blob? Burntrap. I rest my case on this HUGE ASS ESSAY.

I can imagine a few parts that could be improved story-wise, but this story is already 30x better than the current one.
I always skipped damaging the animatronics with a mod menu to avoid destroying them.
I hated that they made fans care for the animatronics by showing things such as Roxanne being bullied by Vanessa and, leading to her personality being narcissistic, showing the animatronics had emotions. Then, the only way of reaching an ending was to destroy them all by completing the princess quest, which alone saved all the animatronics. By that time, they were already damaged, however. A different route could have been taken to prevent the destruction of the animatronics.
Would have loved for it to open up a sandbox ending where the animatronics cared for Gregory and didn't try to kill him.
Would have enjoyed seeing the game expand in a friendly manner as I love the feel of the game; I just was so saddened by how the game turned out story-wise.
There is so much opportunity and potential; many arcade machines could have their own games. It would expand the playability drastically, and just people playing it would advertise it and bring more character to the game, allowing for more purchases.
Would honestly put money towards monthly to see all of that happen.
I saw the fans come together with some really fantastic stuff and heard there was even meant to be a Go-Karting mini-game, which was scraped.
Even wrote an email to Steel-Wool stating that I would happily have re-rendered the intro sequence in 4K and 8K to match the rest of the game, but I have not heard back from them once. Basically, I am offering to lend 3 2080SS Supers as a render farm in case that was the limitation during production.
It was such a shame, honestly, as the environment, feel, and characters were all great; just the storyline and hardware limitations of the map-making, such as having Bonnie bowling overlook Roxy Raceway, would have been amazing.
The way Roxy kept calling Gregory "Bigshot" just makes me think of Spamton from Deltarune
if Gregory had to play nice with the animatronics in this situation, he'd teach them swear words.

I do agree I like these animatronic designs of these characters including Roxanne being my favorite Steven Universe character but i'm pretty sure the reason they have changed isn't because of the reason you're thinking it is the Artist in question has been improving over time so they look a little different now then when they first started the comic

I’m pretty sure this was the original plot of security breach. Of course not exactly, since probably no shipping stuff since gameplay wise it probably be annoying. But this was probably it. Scott seems to have decided to use remnants (lol) of that for the future games.

I love this comic where Gregory decide to take the pacifist road and saves all the other animatronics. After watching Ruin DLC and knowing that they (like Roxy) actually can be save by rebooting their systems.

@@Assassin_Ass nah, if i remember correctly, the virus burntrap made was to catch gregory through Vanny, thats why she reacted different when she catched cassie and could recognize her after that too (i think the fact that burntrap burned along with "the blob" helped a lot, i also think the same could have happened with chica if cassie tried to comunicate with her)

@@Assassin_Ass but what if there are remnants of said virus that are still making them look for Gregory (Roxy was still searching for Gregory, but changes after meeting Cassie again) and we all know Monty is aggressive by nature, so maybe that made the virus for him stronger and since he's other half is missing, his system is failing somewhere so he is unable to differentiate between a female child and a male child (Cassie also never tried to talk him out of trying to kill her, but I seriously doubt it would help due to his nature)

Well can you blame him? The daycare attendant is meant to protect the kids that wonder into his daycare, so naturally, if something were to happen to them, he would be a little upset. Monty is the more aggressive of the animatronics, so I can understand why Sun would not trust Monty

@@woahy1 i had to drag myself through FNaF: SB when it first released and it was a chore from Hell! The parts that didn't glitch or crash were honestly boring and lackluster, plus I hated that we needed to destroy the animatronics instead of running and hiding (given that's what we had to do BEFORE we destroy them) plus the endings are just dumb. The whole A.I. thing is also overplayed and has become too meta at this point. FNaF needed to end after 4 imo
