Definitely is. In retrospect it wasn't even that bad, although I did find it boring in some episodes when I used to see it back then
For me all the 2° dubs sound better than the 1° versions except for the Brazilian one. This sounds better with the first version.

Both CN LA and Boomerang LA omit the intro since a few years ago. So, the only way to hear it is in YT.

Wait Cartoon Network & Boomerang still air Johnny Test in Latin America? I know it still airs on TaTeTi in Latin America but Cartoon Network & Boomerang? I thought they stopped airing it around either 2016 or 2017 at-least.
