What a beautiful house, and with so many historical details intact. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. For anyone who cares: this - "the Dordogne" is one of the most beautiful, underappreciated areas in France. The cost of living is a bit lower, and its location gives it easy accessibility not only to the southwestern part of France, but to the amazingly beautiful Auvergne area. I am American but was married for a few decades to a man born in Brive, and I have spent many happy hours in those beautiful rollings hills, forests, and rivers.
