I'd say the legend skin is better, but the epic skin is more worth the money.

let me change that. its not just effect but its an animatin so that the alucard also moves
and even without the recall i would say legend is better because all the skills have more "animation" like the spinning in the second phase of the ult and the effects are cleaner and so well made. not just some "lets just throw vibrant and contrast colours and flame into this skin" just like any other skin.
idk in terms of worth, lightborn is just far more worth the money because legend skins are too expensive. but yeah legend is still the best.
Lightborn have a recall effect but they will if you collect the desired skin you must have to collect their recall effect though...just like the other squad...basically legend still the best also

Legendary skin is on the animation is different than any other skin the details on legendary skin effect is cool you can see little particle like on futuristic effect, the recall animation is cool and the one thing i lke it is when he before release fission wave(ultimate 2nd cast) he do a quick spin and the release it, its like you need a momentum before you throw the waves and i like color black and purple such like venom squad

yeah, now the bug on that skin is allover the place. Just look at his red bassic attack bug now (no one reviewed this yet). I used the Child of the fall skin with my NEW ipad (so that you know its not because of my device) and the bassic attack effect is plain red. i reported it to koonton 2 week ago and they still not do anything

Lightborn lah because the skill effects’ colours are more vibrant but one thing that the legend has is the special recall and dialogue.

Both is cool but sadly the lighborn's skin has no recall, but the obsidian blade its cool too because that is a Legend skin and Legend skin is way more expensive money to buy that skin, but its depending on your opinion so maybe this is why moonton not give the lighborn's skin recall effect and something like Legend skin, because lighborn's skin is not expensive like obsidian blade (i mean the lighborn is expensive too)so all skin is expensive because they give you skin if you want to give them money and if you want to buy cheap skin there its was nothing you can do, so moonton will give you skin because they want to you play this game more more and more i mean cheap skin is a Free skin cause you don't have to pay with money cause that is a Free skin but... To me The Legend has a dark then flashing lights but on the Epic has a lighting effect appearance then flashes the two skins has there own special way but the two looks very nice and I liked it
