Going back to the GC version recently after replaying the 60fps version for so long is an experience and a half. It’s the version my dad grew up playing and I watched for years, it’s one of my earliest memories. Such a landmark of a game.
the handcannon is truly insane like is far better that the remake and in the remake the hancanon is truly a joke same for all weapon and i like the handcanon and when we shoot damn that have a high recoil to the way is hand fall back after every shoot and destroy a woden door with ease
I’ve been playing a lot of mercenaries with hunk on the gamecube version and idk about you but i feel the village enemies have more health than any other enemy
You have to 5 star every map with every character. The bonus weapons, like the handcannon and infinite launcher etc, are only available in New Game+. This is when you load a completed game save file.

Yeah, the PAL GC version was my first version. But NTSC is much trickier due to the enemy aggression

They do, on average anyway. I covered this in my enemy HP guide for Mercs
