How did the Release pipeline replace the value of client id into the terraform code .. your variable names are passed with no default values

I tried the exact same thing but the release pipeline was not proceeding like it was stuck on the terraform plan, Secondly I dint understand how the terraform get the values of variables from library ?

You have to use the azure devops library to store the variable value
