- An absolutely blistering lap around Monza with the new McLaren! Words cannot describe for how long I've tried getting in the 44's... but now its finally here! Hope you enjoy this lap!

@@MatissAncans yeah, moza p5 is also good for the same price, but fanatec have official steering wheels and a large number of them. If you decide to buy a dd pro or csl dd, take a 5nm + cpu 4 pin cable ($1 in any computer store) swap the wires and you have 8nm))) instead of paying $180 for an official 8nm boost kit

Im not sure, it probably is possible, but VERY hard.
Was this lap made in the perfect weather conditions though?
lap was set in optimum track conditions. temps were 13c air and 19c track.
Hi Matiss, i see a 34.41 in AOR , first sector. How is possible with 1.9.5 nerfed mclaren with 23 degrees? There are any tips there? Thanks

Hate to break it to you, but that sector was set with a slipstream in the first sector. I dont think it is possible any more. What you can try doing to improve the first sector, is exit turn 1 with 2nd gear. Hope this helps you!

@@413XUIFCgood question! if you read the 1.9.5 patch notes they mention a BOP adjustment for the mclaren, there should be pastebin file where you can see what changes were made, and if i remember correctly the mclaren had a drag coefficient increase, meaning like a 3/4 kph loss on the straights. Hope that answers it!

Is it a valid lap ? Like, there is no track limit penalty for 0:07 before the lap, 1:01, 1:08? I personnaly see the entire car outside of the track. Anyway nice drive !!
You can go super wide in Monza without getting a track limit penalty (unlike nürburgring 😢)
0:07 I'm not sure if in real life that would pass but the game allows it. 1:01 and 1:08 the track limits is at the second white line, not the first. GT3 has different track limits compared to F1 for example. It's a valid lap.

There are definitely some corners where you can really go far out, where you can be all four wheels off the track and not get your time deleted.

@@MatissAncanssad. I don't like the idea of spending money on a setup tbh. I'm currently doing 1:50s but I'll defo use this vid to improve my lines and what gear I should be in etc (for example I'm in high rpm 2nd through the last chicane and in 3rd in the exit).

@@Linusen9 i’ve sadly not gotten a dd wheel yet, but im most likely getting the csl dd bundle whenever i have saved up enough. Regarding the setup you can make ur own one assuming you know how to but you still need to learn the track and car before you can do that which is gonna take you a couple of weeks…

Practicing alot and changing a setup. i've for i think 15 hours on Monza and i just managed a 1.48.072 yesterday
@marnickshobby4465 deff practice, I've reach 1.49.6 with the safe set up with only 50 ish h on Monza.... now I'm looking for a good setup but he expects us to pay for a free set up 😅 so I'll have to keep looking

@@MatissAncans it's a set up . why would anyone pay for something that requires that exact conditions ? People who are actually good will just tune their own . The only thing setups are good for is new people .Anyone worth their weight would be making their own tailored to themselves anyway. In addition no I have no idea how many laps it takes , but it is also just a game .
