Damn bro, there easier ways to do things you know? First off a drill would have been easier than using a screw driver. And second you could have put the baffle in before you screwed the last wall on. Hammering it in like that prolly peeled some caulking off the corners and since you didn't use any glue it could potentially caused some leaks.
The 10" sub I used is not that powerful....screws & nails can handle the vibration.....I glued inside the box to avoid air leak....thank you for watching!

plywood is an alternative for building speaker boxes but for better results it will need more bracing to reinforce the box and also some polyfiber for the damping

There was some audible port distortion.
it's a port noise, it required more flared.....
