- Learn real Vietnamese by practice listening with my story in slow, comprehensible input where I show you my rented house.
Many people are still surprised knowing that they can rent a good house for under 500$ in Vietnam. Therefore, I decided to make this video. And maybe it's better if you can see it while practicing home vocabulary : )
Please check out my Patreon: / slowvietnamese if you would like to get the separated audio and transcript, vocabulary exercises with small fee every month.
Or you simply just want to buy me a cup of coffee:

no, not really
My home in California has a built in closet that is 13 feet long.
Xin cảm ơn bạn nhé! Mình luôn mong xem video mới của bạn.
cảm ơn nhiều : )
Thanks for the video, you have a nice house 350 a month that's a good price
renting a house here in Australia is
$ 400 to $500 a week.
I think it's also because the average wage in Vietnam is very low (about 150-200 USD per month for waiters, guards,... ). I guess I would be homeless if I live in Australia :Đ
@@SlowVietnamese yes very true wages in Vietnam very low also I cannot rent a house it's too expensive Australia Brisbane
Thank you for this very entertaining video filled with dogs and cats and husbands who leave dishes in the sink and don’t fix pianos😂
:Đ
Nếu để túi muối ở nơi có quần áo thì có hết ẩm mốc không ạ? Tôi nghĩ về điều này bởi vì đó là những gì mọi người làm cho đồ điện tử ở những nơi có độ ẩm cao.
Hello. Should there be Xin lùi instead of Shin lùi in Vietnamese transcript. Thank you.
my 1br in HCMC is 900 USD per month 😅
🥲
Từ để chỉ tầng cao nhất có phải là gác xép không?
không. "tầng thượng" là tầng cao nhất.
"gác xép" là "entresol"
That is a very small closet
its average size in Vietnam :Đ
chào cô
"mình sẽ chỉ cho các bạn ngôi nhà"
"chỉ" này có nghĩa là gì?
このchỉ の意味はなんですか?
"chỉ" nghĩa là " to show something, to lead someone doing something, ..."
@@SlowVietnamese
Cảm ơn cô
Tôi hiểu rồi
Don't always blame your husband 😃
Thank you!) finally someone stood up for me😊
haha we always need to have someone to blame :DD
@@InRussianFromAfar yeah so who stood me up with that mess?
@@SlowVietnamese oops :)
