Count the calories you burn plus 1800 calories, minus calories you consume. If You have a 3500 calorie deficit or more in a week, thats a 1 kg or more weight reduction. 😊 ive been following their 30 min zumba and i can say that at least you can burn 320 to 360+ calories per 30 mins. ❤
