Received my S2 Max yesterday and I'm blown away by it. Like you said, it feels sturdy and planted, and I'm able to comfortably queue in traffic knowing the scooter will quickly pick up speed. The range seems great so far... and for not having suspension it's a very smooth ride. Absolutely no buyer's remorse here.
Pretty good range I’d say. This area of Vegas looks nice.
If I can actually get 20+ miles out of a charge I'll be more than happy with it. I'll probably go back to Green Valley soon to do a range test.

If my legs worked normally I would use this for short commutes and use my rucus for my longer rides. Very cool.
I think you've summed it up perfectly, Terry. This scooter would be an excellent supplement for a gas powered vehicle such as the Ruckus. Hiboy has an option for you, Terry. It's called the Hiboy S2 Pro and it's available with an optional seat, and has standard rear suspension. It even costs a lot less than the S2 Max that I bought, but still has a powerful 500 watt motor. I've included a link and some discount codes if you want to check it out.

Going from the motorcycle to these things should be a piece of cake , even if a most likely non hydraulic single brake lever is on the generic manual side. Simply called different levers for different joy riding objects, But it's the human who needs to simply acclimatize to said object. And not a learning curve because are you green on these similar things ? I think your simply making a mountain out of the mohill syndrome.
Hello I have the same scooter also it is a great scooter. It is a very big upgrade from the S2 pro. The only thing I don't like about the scooter is the back brake light stays on. And the other thing is the stem valve makes me a little nervous.
When I got my ass to Max I put a little bit of rubber goop around the stem. I let it dry for a good two days and cure and I haven't had a single issue

That's the funny part assuming what people are doing at said intersection & hoping to survive the crossing with gambler's ready to blindspot run right into you on their way to usually loosing money at huge odds like that type of super Unsafe for everyone but the most unsafe for pedestrians and children.

If not, you can contact them @ us.support@hiboy.com and they will usually reply/resolve within 24 hours. I hope you're able to get out there on your new scooter soon. Let us know how it goes.

This maybe a great scooter but their customer service is nonexistent. No matter how good the product is the lack of attention and response is appalling for todays day and age.
That sucks for you but I'm here to tell you that they have excellent customer service every single time that I have contacted highboy they responded within 12 hours.
The batteries for a Tesla cost $30,000. Rechargeable batteries don’t last as long as an internal combustion engine. You wasted your money
I fully understand where you're coming from, Jay. There are a lot of common misconceptions about electric vehicles, particularly scooters and ebikes, that I will be clearing up in a future video. I'm not suggesting that I would ever replace my Ruckus with an e scooter, but the S2 Max is certainly a fun and practical addition to my collection...... As for wasted money, based on my average rides/commutes, this scooter will have fully paid for itself within 5 months, making it a truly excellent value.

Gass scooters have nothing BUT problems. They are pure trash.
