I may have found this radio which is a 7-inch. I saw once for a 2003 rav4 was a 6.2 but maybe the 7-inch works also. What I found is this: Erisin ES6903KD 7" Universal Car Stereo System with DVD GPS 3G DAB+ DVR for Radio Toyota Rav4 for Toyota Vios...Looks Just like the one in video...Have not looked yet for price.

I used the original radios "handles" or whatever u call it that attaches the radio to the car with 4 bolts. I guess its universal size since it fitted perfectly on a new 2 din radio.
Hello there. Just to ask, is it possible to show data from original radio unit (outside temp, fuel consumption, average speed, etc) on multimedia unit???
I did this with our old Rav (2002)... then took it back out as the screen is at such an angle that in the daylight (with the sun coming through the front window etc.) you cant read it..... It was fairly disappointing.... I put the factory one back in. We have two 2002 Rav4's and on the other Rav4, it has the factory radio replaced with a single DIN Sony car stereo (you need the install kit)..... works and sounds great over the factory system.... plus you dont have the screen issue as it is just digital numbers etc....
Sad that this person shows this video and not a nice person to tell everyone more about the radio. Seems like we all would like an easy install unit and no word from this. SADSADSAD
