O ruim dos equipamentos da Zhyium é que eles nao te dao suporte, nao tem atualização de firmware!! Tenho um crane 3 lab, faz anos que não fazem atualização, nao conecta na minha Canon R5C. To precisando comprar um novo gimbal para essa camera que é um pouco mais pesada!! Mas com certeza não comprarei mais da Zhyium!!
Please don't buy this think. Crane 4 after 5 mounths it's decided to stop working. And all this issues appear at same time Crane 4 "update failed" it doesn't hold any charge it seems to attempt to update, then "fails" plugging into my pc doesn't give it any life can't connect to ZY play to update it Becareful
Not sure what’s the issue with mine crane 4 but I’m having problem when I’m shooting b roll and crane always goes out of balance, this is getting annoying,

I would not encourage anyone to buy this gimbal. I got one and the battery died before I could use it for the intended project. All in all, it’s not worth a purchase. I put my savings in a trash of a gimbal😔. But you want to risk go ahead.
Absolutely the worst gimbal I have ever had. I used it twice and then the battery wouldnt charge fully. It now wont even turn on. If you search on google, there are many people with the same exact issue. Wish I knew before buying this piece of junk

Im glad its more compact but, i do miss the 14lb payload
does this hurt the motor ? yeah. LOL
everybody is saying theirs died after a few uses but mine has been very reliable over the last year
