Awww thanks for answering!! I enjoy chatting with you too!! I read Fast. Feast Repeat because of you and Krista showed in videos. I've been IF 16-19 with a 24-30 once a week (unless life gets in the way..big things like my mom in the hospital.) The 16-19 is so easy i definitely consider it a way of life.
