@@alejandrodavalos5551 I have a friend that works in San Diego and moved in with his girlfriend in one of those towers. Doesn’t speak any Spanish, white as can be, earns six figures, and is digging it. I have a vacation home in Rosarito, and prefer it better, but TJ is more convenient for most.
It’s funny how all the american commentators are under rating the real estate. Here’s a fun fact for you. The majority of the buyers are Mexican. And three years later it turns out you cannot find a condo for 120K. Over 60 vertical mid to high rise projects are currently in development. And most of them are sold out. In other words the Development of tijuana does not depend on gringos buying inn but rather by wealthy and mexican nationals that are investors or will live in them to avoid commuting.
120K - 600K is stupid. Why won't someone get in SD for the higher end of the price. Sentri pass is ok but the same time please give me a break if you don't have it or loose it for any reason. Very hard sell.
Too bad the construction workers who build the structures don't receive decent wages--all you have to do is pay according to the PPP...but I guess no one cares about them, nor about locals who will be priced out in turn.

This 2018 Mexico also gets a new president hopefully he fixes the streets and plants more trees all over Tijuana it's badly needed
