This is the problem with Filipinos when they get money is that they build the largest house they can possibly build because they think that's what's important but it doesn't have any livability outside. This house should be half of its current size with double the outside living area for a comfortable home inside and out. Instead it's just this large box on this tiny plot of land

If I did video tours of homes, the one thing I would demand is that the owners not be in the home at the time of the tour because of their rude kids and their inability to understand that you are working. They ruin the videos with their voices and they're at presence. I cannot stand watching home tour videos when the people are there because I'm trying to imagine it as if it was my home and I can't imagine somebody else being in my house. Only me and the real estate agent giving me the tour. Other people in the house ruins the tour
The house is so dark and all those puke browns and yellows for a price of almost a half million US dollars. I would need to put another quarter million US dollars into remodeling it to make it livable. Its ugly dated and the opposite of modern not well thought out. Terrible architecture. Absolutely awful design on the interior. However, it could be salvaged and made to be beautiful if a quality interior designer got a hold of it
