For people saying "this is my chance to dive into the series"-you already have that chance. Play the classics, they're great and they still hold up (the classic SH2 probably will still be more creepy than the new one actually). Not sure why everyone needs things to be shiny and new before they'll play it. I can still play NES and watch movies from the 1920's and appreciate them, you can do the same.
I have to say my initial impression of the trailer is very positive. I feel that at this point the remake is respectful of the original game. The story appears to be the same; the characters resemble those in the original, if not better; the monsters look as they should; and, of course, the froggy town of SH looks as mysterious and dangerous as ever.
This game is too terrifying to be played on modern platforms...cant wait
Wow! Yeeeeesssssss!! I really loved and liked a Horror-creepy action-packed survival video-game, Silent Hill video-game because I really need to play this by NEVER being afraid playing it.
The resemblance should be as close as possible to the characters models from the original cgi cutscenes
That’s truly what I was hoping for so needless to say I can’t help but feel disappointed. Everything else truly is looking impressive.
@@CJTranceAddiction yeah your right
i'm also disappointed and yet i'm still looking forward to it
Can't wait to see more.
Re4 remake tomorrow😉
A little worried about how they are going to handle krauser. Assuming he's in the game? Conflicting rumors
The one thing I'm so excited for is hearing Theme of Laura, one of my most favorite songs ever!
Thank you Konami and blooper team this is amazing I am so touched 😢😢
And once again this city calls me to play with my mind and feelings... I'll be there soon after such a long time my beloved city !
In my restless tears.... im so happy right now :)
Oh my god I did not expect this. I love silent hill this is great
In my restless dreams I see that town. Silent Hill
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Soon as I heard the piano when he was looking in the mirror,my eyes weld up.
Silent Hill 2 Remake looks stunning, thank you Konami for bringing the series back 👏👏👏👏👏
This is exciting for sure. Just happy to see Konami do anything outside of casino games with the franchise. Bloober team is pretty hit or miss and has a record for being pretty heavy handed with their story telling, which goes against a lot of what the original SH2 excelled at. But I’m excited to be proven wrong.
I trust that even if they do heavy hand the story that they at least compensate by keeping the gameplay mostly the same, Free-roaming the city is one of best things about SH2, walking around not knowing what you’ll stumble upon.
Anyone having teary eyes watching the showcase? Knowing that this is not a dream, watching the trailers, and the iconic theme music subtly ease in, thank you for bringing the franchise back.
No cause its still Konami.
Thank God.. I'm done playing Konami classic collection finally something remake
