The current classification of High, Medium and Low is as under
Any event or error which will typically have direct business impact and need immediate attention or intervention are called as High.
Medium are those events which can cause disruptions for extended duration but will generally have limited or no business impact.
Low, these are events which typically have no impact and usually auto resolve and do not warrant any action.
