Thumbs up for sure! I don't have goats, but I sure know many that do, so I will be passing this on to them. That is really wonderful, and I'm so glad you shared that little darling with us too. Bless, Sheila
Nice job on the box!!! I wish I had one of these when me and my Father used to do this I always ended up at the dirty end LOL. One of these boxes would have been handy! Two things I'll never forget is the yelling the little guys would make during the process and the smell!!! We would always finish off with the yellow spray and it would look like little head lights where the buds used to be!! Brought back some memories.
Nice job on the box! We had someone donate an old box to us this last year. We just used it this last weekend and it's so much easier and safer. It went from a two person job to a one person job. Our box is taller than yours but we stacked wood in the bottom to raise up the shorter/smaller kids.
I really like your design! I am building one of my own, and its very interesting to see your design is similar to mine! I plan on having the goats come in from the rear so it can be used for castration, and make the stantion ajustable so the goats can be atleast some what comfortable
I built a few hay feeders but they have the same problem. I plan on redesigning it. We switched to feedin our goats straight alfalfa hay. They eat almost 95% of it!

Sounds good! I built a bigger one 16x 24 also.
Have you ever built a goat hay feeder for goats that minimizes wasted hay? I built one out of pallets but they still waste alot of hay!
