Hey! Because of the spot chart, price grabs highs and lows more whereas futures can leave double tops and bottoms. But these liquidity grabs are so important to my plan now that analysing spot just helps me not miss moves

Gold moves $10 ticks per contract bro, so catching a 10 tick move is $1,000 for 10 contracts
