You need to work on your real estate terminologies! It’s a beautifully done property. The tiles you keep pronouncing wrong are called wood look tiles, and they’re not expensive. Also quit putting emphasis on price of the materials rather concentrate on giving a good description of the item. Good tour by the way.

Good presentation and lovely house. But I don't like the way the master's bedroom was done. The bathroom area has stuff not properly placed. The wardrobe region will have wet foot bring water to it, which is not supposed to be so. The bathtub in front of the entrance isn't that ideal. The wall at the bathtub may be too restrictive for tall persons.
I also feel that the WC should be open and not given a separate room, the walls needs to be taken off.
The vanity area is sucking the space from the shower cubicle and placed wrongly.
But your presentations are always good and I do eagerly wait for them.

Like the house but missing something that people will appreciate and for the master room for the bathroom and walk in closet need slide in doors to separate them both to keep the small of somebody using the rest room. The pool can be little bigger and little more space between your neighbors would be great but like the house.

Well not everyone loves that cause African dishes have a huge aroma that Will sometimes fill the living room but some people still use open kitchen.

I'm asking because I really prefer this particular one to the rest and then in one of the other buildings there was an elevator shaft and they said a lift would be put if i want it to. So can a lift also be put in this one. That's if it's still in the market
The kitchen is not impressive for the price. The whole of the stairs area is wasted, should be part of the kitchen. The developer paid more attention to visitors than the owner of the house.. 😂😂Visitors room down stairs, visitors/second living room upstairs, visitor's waiting room even in the masters wings. Aba!!are visitors chasing you or your home is a guest house? 🤔😂 Thank you.
