Kayaking Upstream on the Connecticut River

The Connecticut River has been on my short list to paddle and kayak for sometime. I just didn't know where. And being solo I needed to pick a spot that didn't look like rapids. I needed to go upstream first, then back to my put in spot....
Maybe that was a mistake... this river is kinda fast and I had to fight for every inch.
I must apologize for some of the shaky-jello like footage. I just got an insta360 go and I thought I turned on the stabilization... And I forgot the rest of the ND filters (only had an 8, which wasn't really strong enough)
