Again it will probably still be a completely fine modern EA game.

As long as this game has enough to outweigh the ultimate team bullshit I’m sold. If they have a stellar career mode and college franchise mode I wouldn’t even think twice about the microtransactions. But alas knowing EA we might get a half assed attempt at everything BUT their golden moneymaking goose lmao
I want this to be good so bad but I really just don’t trust EA sports, they haven’t made anything with passion in a decade. They will say anything to increase sales.
honestly the street modes in nba live 18 were really good and the volta mode in fifa 20 was fun too. they make a lot of good passionate stuff, they always have to neuter it for ultimate team in the following years.
I'll definintley wait for some other suckers to buy it first and see the reviews.
@@GrownUpKid94 these are great callouts, the volta mode was a solid playthrough. lets hope this is the passion project it deserves to be. I think EA realizes if they knock this out of the park they can double up on their madden money so they'll give it the respect it deserves.

5:24 The article says teambuilder teams can be used in offline play now and PRIVATE dynasty. I’d imagine this means you can use a team builder team in an online dynasty as long as it’s private and not public.

I thought the same thing, they made the distinction between OFFLINE play now and PRIVATE dynasties. I feel like they would’ve just said “offline dynasties”

@@RC_94I still think Pandas are number 1, the stories with the team was elite but Dingo's are still fighting for the number 1, and Moonmen isn't even in the same conversation as Pandas and Dingo's
UGF reboot, the program has fallen back to Earth during a time where Tony Romo went on a mysterious leave, and now he’s back to rebuild it with fresh new unis and a new stadium

Until there's actual gameplay it's hard to think this won't be a Madden clone.
It seems like it's a different engine, you could already see the players run more normally than the animation in Madden 24
@@TRR622 It says it's the same engine as madden, just made differently, but who knows what that could entail. This is EA sports we're talking about and they could just be talking out their ass. They're definitely the type of company that would slightly alter animations and market it as a totally new product. Won't know until we see for ourselves...

@@JustKaga read the reviews that have been coming out today. They’re saying it’s a vastly different game, not a madden reskin. I suppose time will tell. I think we’ll have some gameplay footage by the weekend.
I really want to believe EA put effort into this but the inclusion of Ultimate Teams worries me. Theyll tell anyone anything and pay anyone to hype up their games only to pull the carpet from under us. I really want to believe but im skeptical

As a PC player who played this on console 11 years ago and waited for this day to find out it’s not coming to PC… TRAGIC. I’m not going to go spend $200-$500 to play one game. NIL is probably the reason for this.

EA abandoned PC gamers for over a decade with Madden. We shouldn't be surprised they're doing it again. They can't use their bullshit marketing terms like "next-gen" on the PC platform because PCs can handle much more than consoles.

@@damn_jaz9895 They make money on us here in the states with Fifa/FC too- And sony does with MLB The Show (though I don't play DD) ... It's just Madden that's the main game. Also NBA 2K makes a lot of money, MyCareer, a *SINGLE-PLAYER MODE*, should NOT need microtransactions. I'm concerned for sure but CFB '25 will probably have some changes that apply to madden, and if so, we'd have a competent madden for the first time since the jump to Frostbite.
It would be cool for when you create a university band and cheerleader uniforms were customizable.

Softdrinktv pointed out that the 32 player count is the same as madden, so that could be either a server thing or a sign that dynasty is a port of franchise mode.
I'll say this about not using created teams online. Once upon a time, in NCAA 14, I was searching through different created teams. I found one with all Xs for the name. It was censored. The name and uniforms were themed based around a certain no-no German mustache man and his group of terrible friends. I can see why they wouldn't want that to appear in online games.
Edit: I also wanna say I wasn't searching specifically for that. I don't remember how I found it, but it was by accident. Buddy and I couldn't believe it was even allowed in the system. All of the symbols were there.

For the first video of this game, you should definitely add the UGF Pandas roster (either all the best players or copy the roster from the best year) and do an exhibition match with them!

I hope the game has dynamic crows where if your program is coming off a rough year the crowd support will be low but if you’re winning some games more people show up like ncaa 14. Madden has had full crowds no matter what for years. I hope that is at least different for each college football

One wish list I want to see. Ohio state used to dominate the Michigan rivalry, but now as of late Michigan has won the last few years. It would be cool if you start to get a win streak with your rival, you get a boost for that game . Vice Versa your stats take a hit if you lose your rivalry game a few years in a row

Dynasty mode allows for 32 teams which means multiple conferences or the B1G.
The lighting note is funny because it’s like they wanted to say Ray Tracing but couldn’t implement it

The in-game rating system seems to be something similar to an NCAA was on PlayStation 2 for games like NCAA 07 through 2010 if you playing for that you're in game rating with drop
NCAA 06 and 07 on original Xbox had two of the best Campus Legend/Road to Glory modes.

Man im so hype for this game to come out....i hope it delivers. I created my own offensive and defensive playbooks and loved recruiting players to fit my specific system at Miami. Ncaa14 was great so as long as this new game is comparable to that then ill definitely be happy. I can't freakin wait to see how i can uplift my Hurricanes and bring the title back to Miam!!!!!
10:20 not sure if it still does but for a few years at least, FIFA has 1 set of commentators for club games and another set for International games
They really made a big blunder not by not putting it on PC.
It's gonna release on PC a few weeks later. Console players make up the majority of EA sports games anyways

The inclusion of the wave on Kinnick convinced me to buy it.
The feature I want most is the ability to export players into madden from dynasty at the end of each season.
I’m hoping with team builder you can update your stadium as you get better and can make your own rivals and some sort of mascot

Would love if you had a Dynasty Mode that not only featured a new school, but also had some of the other custom schools doing their own thing in the background (UGF, the Dingos, Kalispell, and Rocket City)
As for the game itself, as long as I have a game mode where I can at least watch the computer play itself during the season for teams I'm not in control of, I'll be happy. And I'll be even happier if we can add custom Conferences and stuff to make the FCS teams

I'm not sure when they stopped this feature, but at least back in NCAA Football 2000, you only had a broadcast team if your game was televised (National or Regional). If it wasn't, you just had the stadium PA announcer. I'd actually love if they brought that back.
NCAA 06 and 07 (probably even before) on original Xbox had the Heisman presentation.

Hopefully with the “wear and tear” feature, we have an updated stamina loss / gain system. I know with previous madden games, if a player gets to tired they will never replenish enough to enter the game again.

Was pretty surprised the Team builder website was brought back, in a good way. It really looks like the devs care, which isn't something I felt like I could say for Madden, though I do think Madden has gotten *better* the last two years.
Madden has gotten better but we’re still that one large leep away from a good game. Aside from game play issues franchise needs updated position terminology and better sim stats. That needs to come sooner rather than later. But yeah it’s crazy people think like 19 is better than now. I’ve also been pretty consistently surprised in a good way regarding ncaa 25

Being they are getting the traditions from every school I have to ask if they paid for licensed songs? As a Michigan fan Mr. Brightside comes to mind, but also Jump Around for Wisconsin, and Seven Nation Army for almost every school in the country.
The only question left is can you draft players into Madden like 2014? That’s the one feature that could make this a great game.
This is EA were talking about. Madden has not been great since 2008 and 2012. So unless it's different developers working on this it will be no different.
Hopefully, for teambuilder, we can create more than 2 helmets, 2 pants, maybe a couple more jerseys, and colored cleats/socks/gloves. Oh and if we could pick a brand for the team, that would be great too.
